I always dreaded renting from big box companies like United until I met these guys. From the yard guy loading my equipment to my sales rep Jeremey and the front office guys they made it feel like I was in the right spot. Always willing to pick up the phone and address any concerns. Going to be using these guys from here on out.

UR Sales Rep---Alphonso Lamah is a Super Star, very responsive on dispatch of equipment, and he has rental acumen which cannot be beaten!

Kevin was very helpful with explaining and offering the best rental equipment for out needs.

We used the track type trencher and it was the best for our sandy soil. it also met the challenge of the mass of small roots in every ditch. In all we trenched over 600 feet and were very satisfied with the machine and Uniteds service.

Ive had good and bad experiences with this shop. If you go when Matty is working, youll have a great experience! Hes a great guy.If the older guy is there on the other hand, youre in for hell. So far hes turned away 4 different trucks for trailer rental for arbitrary reasons that he seems to make up on the spot. Nowhere online does United list these rediculous requirements that comes up with, and not other United person or shop has had an issue except for him.Attached is a photo proving that you dont need a semi-truck to pull their trailers fine.

They ordered in what i need and had it the next day. Drop off was painless.

I got a concrete mix from this company for my driveway. The mix was almost without any cement in it and now my driveway is slowly crumbling away. I called, emailed, text and send them letters but all of it for nothing. They will start transferring your phone calls just to make me give up or will not pick up at all. Dont deal, buy or rent anything from this big company because they are so big they will ignore you if something goes wrong. Very disappointed.
