Went in and asked where I could find the jacket that was on the mannequin up front. One of the two workers, both of whom were just sitting and chatting, just looked up and pointed and said “it’s over there”…. I looked and it was a different jacket than what I asked and clarified that it was the one next to it… the same guy said “that’s not a jacket that’s a shirt”…. walked out of there so fast.Edit: I emailed them per their response to my review. They said “sorry that this happened at our location in FLORIDA”… so they couldn’t even be bothered to read my email completely.

They got really cool stuff, but their attitude sinks. Would’ve possibly bought a pair of jeans from their store when I stopped by, but I’d rather stick to doing it online now.

Love the clothes and style but the customer service is seriously lacking. Half the people are very warm and nice, the other half act as though they are too cool to help customers out. I buy online versus going to this store because of the bipolar customer service.

This review is in regards to the Customer Service that this store offers. This is an awesome store and the new store design is very appealing. I wish that the staff members were a little more friendly a customer service oriented. Make customers feel welcome. Smile, dont be pretentious. Yes the brand is a little expensive but dont forget to be HUMBLE and FRIENDLY.
