High-end luxury store. Not a place to go if you dont have the cash for it, but definitely quality items. If youre a pen collector, this place may interest you. The staff was amiable, knowledgeable and helped me in selecting a gift for a fellow pen connoisseur.

These salesmen are crooked. they are only nice to you when you buy Montblanc product. After purchase, they wont help you if you have any problems with your goods. No refund to the original payment, only exchange or store credits. This is part of the companys fault as well.

So good to visit the physical location for the first time. Fashionable accoutrements for the well versed gentleman.

Buyer beware. The receipt for a recent pen purchase said no refunds. They will only give you store credit or exchange. I think that speaks volumes about the product. Clearly a lot of recent purchasers must regret their decision and attempt returns. Mont Blanc cares more about keeping your money than having a happy customer. I wanted to return my pen 2 days after purchase and now Im stuck with it (it was gifted to me by someone who should not have spent this much on a pen and I wanted the money to go back to them).

I was misinformed about a repair and also let down on a follow up call to discuss resolution. John and Delina (hopefully spelled her name right) took care of my repair and were extremely nice. Thank you so much for turning a complaint into a postive experience.

Expected more from a store manager. With a purchase of a $600.00 pen you think the customer service would parallel the premium of their products. In this case, it was unfortunate to encounter someone that was intentionally disrespectful, unhelpful, prideful and belittling. I would like to think it is a store and management issue within this location at Fashion Valley because in past experiences with Mont Blanc associates the experience hasnt been this sour. Do not buy and merchandise from this store and especially from Delina Hill-Vassar. Youll get pisspoor service for the amount of money you spend on their products. Staples I think sells ten pens for $1.90 and they are ecstatic and chomping at the bit to help.

Completely offended. Waiting for the store to open LATE mind you and the clerk asked if I was waiting to perform maintenance on the lights! Was it because Im Hispanic and was wearing sneakers and a sweatshirt?!

I recently purchased a fountain pen from Montblanc in San Diego. But when I got back home in the Bay Area, I inked the pen and did not like the thickness of the nib. I took the pen to the SF store and was treated very well by the staff there.

As in all occasions ... excellent attention ... I was on a break who usually attends and two kind ladies answered my questions. I highly recommend ... E.Riedel
