LOVE Big City they have terrific customer service! Even though its a small store they have a huge selection from cookies ice cream Starbucks coffee apple juice orange juice laundry detergent fabric sheets for cleaner to baby bottles. Like I said wonderful selection for such a small store and theyre always open till 1:30 a.m. . Which is perfect for me because they are the only store and the 10 block radius that is open that late.

I made peace with Sam today life is to short and we need to get along. Let the past be buried and moving forward.i will be shopping at my corner store again.this time sober but thats ok they have other items I can buy.any way a pretty cool old skool store and Sam has a nice family.his son Patrick has been my favorite.

Don’t be fooled by the size because this small store has a wide variety of liquor, craft beers and snacks. They are great for last minute party supplies and stay open till 2 am! They even keep the Hennessy cold you just need to ask. Bash is really cool and always helpful when I need suggestions. Thank you Big City!

Convenient of course if you need something quick. But definitely over priced like most family owned places. .75 cent debit charge. Sometimes I want a quick snack and have no cash. I want a twix or something. I end up paying double for a candy bar. I can go to 7-11 which is not far if needed. Owner is rude. No customer service skills. But the younger guys are very nice and know how to treat people.

The employees here are pretty cool. The liquor store is small but they do offer a good variety of drinks. They have lots of bottles too and theyre opened till 2am

Ive been going to the store for the past 25 years sometimes the owner Sam can be pretty rude for example if I purchase scratch off lottery tickets at another store and bring it to his store he gets an attitude also when I purchase lottery tickets on my debit card they charge a substantial amount between 5 and $10 depending on how many tickets you buy this is the only place that I know that overcharge on scratch off lottery tickets most of the time I dont argue or say anything because the story is convenient to where I live thats the only reason why I go there and I dont drink and drive so at the end of 2017 and going into the new year 2018 Ive decided to limit my visits to the store or not go at all for me its time for a change.

Dont buy Puffbars there they are expired and defective. No return policies

For as busy and crowded as this place gets the owners handle it with great style that is definitely unique.

Just a cool spot to get liquor if your in east Diego . Been there for ages. I shoot a few rap videos there. Got that athentic liquor store look.

Two guys/the people who work there are arrogant,VERY VERY rude and obnoxious the guy actually said I wish YOU drop dead. After me showing him that Im going through chemotherapy and all. I really dont want to argue or fight over simple stuff actually one time took my $10 and tried to take my drink back and since I didnt give it back.He didnt give me my changes. I went there last night and treated me exactly the same horribly he has No have no respect for people and theres something wrong with him I wish I could write -5 star
