This wine shop is incredible! The wine selection was extensive and amazing. On our table, every item was excellent. Its not easy to locate, but once you do, you wont be disappointed. The store as a whole is excellent, and there is little to worry about in terms of its service. I would strongly recommend them to everyone I know.

Walked into this place and saw so much variety. It’s like a kid walking into a candy store😍😍😍. The customer service was as good as it gets and the knowledge about the bottles is over the top. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Great store will be back soon! CHEERS

My favorite wine shop! The owner is exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable. All in our group bought wines at a variety of price points and I cant wait to sample them. I highly recommend this place.

Bought a bottle of Redwood Empire from the Redwood Empire website on a Monday with 3-5 day delivery. On the next Friday they cancel my order. They don’t send an email, I just see a refund on my credit card. They will not respond to my email. Do not do business with them.

Calm and comfortable atmosphere. Their wines are fairly priced. Not expensive compared to other wine shops out there. This place was the highest level in my area. They strive to provide us the best wine that exceeds our expectations. The most genuine quality of assistance was provided as well. Trust me! You will never be disappointed for sure!

Placed an on-line order with Mission Trails which was never shipped though they billed me. Their contact number is off-line and no response from their support email after several attempts. Do not use their on-line services.

The staff here was so inconsiderate. Not only was the store difficult to navigate because of the 200+ boxes lying around everywhere, but none of the 5 staff were wearing masks. I asked about it and the younger man said “we don’t believe in masks or the virus.” I walked out immediately.

The staff is accommodating, the service is good, and there are a lot of wines to choose from. I love going here to drink wines. The wines are stored well, and the owner was very knowledgeable about wine and food pairing. Their location is very convenient too. I wouldnt go anywhere else in the future. Thank you!

I placed an order on May 9th, GLS gave me a tracking number on the 12th of a package not yet shipped, it was supposed to be at my door on the 14th, its the 16th now, because of my area this website said it could take 3-5 business days, do the math, its been a week and GLS still doesnt not have the 4 cases of Coors beer and 1 bottle of cheap vodka, I will never again buy from this company and I urge you to do the same unless you dont mind waiting almost a month for beer to be delivered 2 states away, if it ever comes at all. And they are still not giving me any information on where it is or what the hold up is or if its ever coming at all

Easily the worst customer service Ive seen. It took a week and several calls (including plenty of hold time) to get my online order. When it arrived over half of it was missing. And yes, they shorted me on the refund. This is the last liquor store in town that anyone should go to...

I asked for a bottle without a price. They told me $89.99 so I asked to buy it. Guy gets it and takes it to the front. Presumably the owner looks at it like, “what?!” Gets on the phone but nobody answers. Takes the guy behind me to sell him his beer or whatever. Serves him, gets back on the phone. Then the guy answers and he walks away. I can’t hear or understand the conversation. Then he comes back to the register and quotes me $899.99. That’s at least 10X retail. If you apologize and give me a good bottle at retail I would consider changing this review. I’ll give you a couple days before I start to reach out to Buffalo Trace about it.

Canceled an online order I placed with zero explanation, even after I followed up with them. Will never order from them again.

TLDRDishonestly cancelled my order, and then doubled the price of the scotch I initially bought.________________________________________________________________________Bought 2 bottles of scotch at $69.99 a bottle.Mission Trails CANCELED my order with a false reason. Reason being at my request. I assumed the scotch sold out like last time, and maybe the reason was an error... Went to the page to see if it sold out ... NOPE! They dishonestly canceled my order to double the price on the scotch in hopes I would probably come back to pay double.I hope you go out of business. Dishonorable business practices.

Best selection I’ve seen in all of San Diego. As a whiskey drinker I’m always looking for new and interesting bottles to impress my palate and this place really delivers. They have many rare bottles as well so if your hunting for those elusive spirits then you definitely want to check this place out.

False advertising, they had a bottle priced clearly at 129 and when I called them they said that bottle is 600.... I took screen shots of it all they must be reported to the BBB and ABC for false advertising

Dont order online from them. I ordered 2 bottles of bourbon, and never received it. FEDEX shows shipped from San Diego and delivery San Diego; never made it to Texas. FEDEX believes is was a fraudulent shipment and a scam. I emailed Mission customer service, and go zero response in 72 hours. Beware!!!

A great location near the trails. If you need a quick bite to eat, they use to have a small deli, which was awesome. Regardless, this little store has so many things to offer for the folks that frequent mission trails. Very nice little spot.

The guy that runs this place is really friendly and exhibits great customer service. The beer selection is great, but the wine selection is pretty bare bones.

I stumbled into this market last night after my car got locked in at the park. There was a wine tasting in progress, and it looked like everyone was having a lovely time. I asked the man behind the counter if he could call me a cab, explaining my car situation. The owner came over and looked really concerned for me. His wife ended up giving me a ride home (all the way to Hillcrest). What kind people! I was definitely be coming back for the next wine tasting and telling everyone about this business!

The nicest friendly market. Great selection of wines, and the coldest beer you will find in town.

I ordered friends a drizzly order to surprise them. I paid for the order and the order was processed. They gave a delivery time option between 6pm and 7pm, which was an hour after the order time. Then at 10 minutes to 8pm (an hour after the the end of the delivery time) they sent a message that they canceled the order with no reason given.
