If you like cracklin or boudin (try the crawfish boudin) indigenous to the Parrish region, they sell it frozen...you wont be disappointed. What lacks in aesthetic and decor, this mom and pop establishment has been selling Louisiana staples for years at a reasonable price👌.

Theres no better place in Diego to get a meat pack. They really hooked me up. Good prices and u can make substitutions. Be going there for years and its always been the same great service

I guess the lady thought I was going to steal, as soon as I walked down the aisle she sent someone to watch me. So I decided to just stand want watch him....he was 100% doing nothing but watching ME. Then I find the item Im looking for and it rings up $2 more than the posted price..same lady tells me that prices arent as marked, the price is whatever it rings up. When I threatened her with the county she fixed it. Ill never go back to this ghetto establishment.

There fresh vegetables area is not working and has been for a while. They have some fresh vegetables just not most. I would still stop by there, because the employees are nice and helpful. I love there meat orders and there choices of fish.

So happy I went to Rainbow market..I Found Butter beans....My daughter and I are happy happy customers. Very friendly and accommodating...

Its a neighborhood market. Their vendor for tortillas are authentic and really good. I only went for toiletries, water, and small produce items. They are ALWAYS friendly and welcoming here.

The store is not really clean, and the meat smells pretty bad! But they do have a good selection of Louisiana/Cajun/Creole products that are hard to find. Kinda like Tonys in Baton Rouge. But a knock off version. And, they sell Lotto!!

Besides being helpful and friendly, they are well organized and have all my items from home, New Orleans. That makes me happy and thats great!!!

This place is the worst place to buy anyting.. aside from them selling old rotten meat, expired eggs, and combining hearts gizzards and rejected meat with small amounts of beef ground up to be sold as ground beef!! My wife worked at this place for a few weeks and could not bear the horror and when she was asking them to stop doing this she was fired.

Rainbow Supermarket has been around a very long time. Its also a landmark for that area. I know you could buy lunch or dinner out the store. I dont know if they still sale dinners but I know their still around.

They still have a lot of the fresh cut meats, we cant find at the stores any more!

It used to be owned by someone else back then it was booming, meat packages were awesome.Not so anymore, prices went through the roof. Also i noticed they fallow everyone around. Its really uncomfortable.

I love it here. Cheapest meat in San Diego, great quality. The meat guys really make a great effort to go the extra mile and cut the meat that you want right off the park of the cow. Its awesome here.

Friendly local small grocery, less selection than the big chain supermarkets but way better than convenience stores like 7-Eleven. They have a fresh meat section.

I brought a box of cat fish nuggets 15lbs and got 5 freezer bags. Yea to me.

They have the meats I need and want all at a good price. They still sell meat packages so yes 5 it is thanks for the food and laughs.

It has some very different foods from what I am used to eating because I am from the east coast. I love this place because you can also buy already prepared foods too.

Not a fan of this market, Flies were all over the meat which was gross. And staff cannot speak english.

Ive shopped here for years and I swear they change management like crazy! The lead butcher is rude and their meat is inexpensive but I dont believe its fresh...Managers yelling at staff members in front of the customers. Prices are ridiculously high on other items. It wasnt always like this!
