I had a five-star experience, I was helped by Hector Felix, the new store manager. He was very helpful & made stellar recommendations. I needed two bags - a sturdy travel bag that offered a lot of room, & a durable, spacious everyday bag. He helped guide me to a bunch of awesome selections & I plan on coming back someday when I need more stuff for work. The place is well-priced for the value; they have quality products that Im told come with a 2 year warranty, as well as stores across the country. So glad I stumbled upon this place & not some cheap store products.

For the longest time, I thought Samsonite was beyond my budget but Im so glad I walked in and took a look around. Theyre having a great sale right now and everything is very affordable. The supervisor, Rob, helped me pick out a new check-in luggage and a backpack for my boyfriend. Will definitely be back!

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Nice prices and we found a low price knapsack that can fit a 15 inch laptop. Looks really durable.
