Dont waste your time, this company does not have customer service. Ive contacted by email twice for a small custom work project and never received a reply. The following statement is on the web site along with the company email link: if you dont see what you like Contact Us to see if we can create it!. But from personal experience they do not want business.

Someone had the audacity to say:Dont waste your time... - For those who know, this company has a great reputation and obviously make awesome parts for the AR platform. I visited location (even though I didnt have an appt) and I was immediately attended to by Jimi, and my concerns were addressed. That being said, was my time wasted? I think NOT!this company does not have customer service... - Nonsense! My recent visit was to share an unfortunate experience involving one of my custom AR Pistols ($3100 build w all new parts) that had a defective, high end, adj gas block, which literally blew up inside my JL Billet hand guard! Im sure this wasnt a story that just comes through their doors, but I wasnt there to complain, on the contrary, I was there to THANK JL Billet staff, that I still had a left hand and full function of it! If it wasnt for the quality and design that went into their handguard, I would be in a sling! This experience really showcased JL Billet strength and quality in their parts, and will have me exclusively chose their rails from now on... on ALL of my builds!!Ive contacted by email twice for a small custom work project and never received a reply... - During my visit, Andy told me about other items that may interest me and had Nancy take my info/email to forward me current and future items (via JL Billet website) to be released that may interest me for other custom builds. After departing, I set up an acct on JLB site, and was immediately contacted by Nancy. If they didnt want anyones business, why would they even bother or how would they be successful, blowing off selective customers?? Furthermore, how would they have a great reputation if this was occurring?? Some people, man... Pff.This company is highly recommended!
