My experience with Profession Plastics started out pretty good. I ordered 3 mirrors cut to size. The order was accepted and billed to my credit card and was supposed to ship in a few days after they did the cuts. After accepting the delivery, I experienced several problems with poor packaging and scratches. Due to a nail coming through the bottom of the packing they needed to replace one mirror immediately. After the protective coating was removed from the other 2 mirrors numerous scratches were discovered and I spent many hours buffing them out. I then sent 2 emails regarding the additional problems and they issued credits within a 10 days. What started out good - went bad quickly and then because of Cindy and their good customer service it turned out OK. I would deal with them again just because of how they handled the problems.
