The convenience of a neighborhood drop off for the big three carriers is worth 5 stars. I have saved hours of time shipping packages. Have never had a problem with the service, know what you want and they will help.... No Soup For You

Very disappointed with this business. My business mail is delivered to them. I have one of my drivers pickup the mail regularly. When my six months of prepaid service was close to ending... they began putting notice that payment was due in our box. Yet when my drivers would pick up the mail, they never gave any of these notices to them. I have no idea why they would give SOME mail to us and not other mail. He said it was in our box. I reminded him that we have no key to the box (since we dont usually know who will go pick up).. so they need to give us ALL mail we have.Once it was a few days past due, they refused to give any of my mail to the driver until that payment, plus a late fee, was paid. I put a check to them in the mail right away... but when my driver went by to get mail they on two occasions told him they would not give him the mail because we had not paid yet. So i got on the phone with him, and he would tell me that he wasnt refusing to give us our mail, there just wasnt any. So either my drivers, or he, is lying. Two days ago, he told me that we had mail there if we wanted to come get it.... yet today when my driver went by he told me there was none. I reminded him that i spoke to him two days ago and that he told me there was mail (including some important checks), and he at first denied saying that, and then said he wasnt working that afternoon (i DID speak with him).I cannot believe they would do all this because we are now one week past due... despite the fact that they should cut a little slack since they did not give any of the notices to us. I guess they would rather lose a long-term customer over something so silly as that.Not trustworthy.

Do not mail your packages from here! They loose your packages then claim that it’s the carriers fault even though they don’t get picked up by the carriers. I mailed a package priority mail and the USPS says they never received the package. Then when I went into find out where my package was, more than one person in line was there for the same reason “lost” packages. This store needs to be shut down.

The owner is a real piece of work. Youd think he doesnt know that he is in a customer service industry. Went to the shop to get something mailed for an Ebay sale, when I balked at the price he get really upset and started talking about how he is a premium mail service.Went to Postal Place down the street and it was half the price for the same premium service. The only thing premium about this place is the price.He even had the never to sarcastically say, You know you could go to the post office and theyll probably charge you a quarter to ship it.The worst!!!

Actually, Ive been using them for MORE THAN 15 YEARS and have found them GREAT! Im a fulltime comic ventriloquist who lives in San Diego but travels all over. Ive always found the staff and owner Dennis to be super friendly. They call me when big boxes come in, get my faxes for me and have forwarded mail to me when I was on a long tour (to my residence). I used to ship all my things from there, but 5 years ago I moved to Rancho Penasquitos and am not down in San Diego as much but I HAVE KEPT this address as my official business address. I have zero complaints, and countless compliments. P.S: There are bunch of their regular clients who feel the same way.

Dennis and friend are loyal workers to everyones needs.

Never any problems. Great service with many conveniences in one location.

This business is not open until 3:00 on Saturdays. The clerk is not super friendly either
