Great company to work with! We had a unique project installing lockers into storage containers. Scott at C&SS worked with our vision and was able to tailor the lockers to our exact specifications. Given that we needed to make12 containers, the skill and precision of the installers to produce accurate measurements almost out of thin air during the design phase had to be at the highest level in order for this project to be a success. During the install phase installers Jeremy and Maui carried themselves with the highest degree of professionalism. We had to install the lockers off site in the container yard and everyone including the containers company was very impressed with how tireless and clean they worked in order to meet our two week deadline. It was like they werent even here!, said the owner of the container company. Hands down a great experience working with C&SS. I initially shopper aroid for installing the pallet racks in my small factory warehouse. I did receive a few proposals. Between all, the proposal from C&SS was the best from being very professionally written with the best quality materials and process. My salesman was very skilled in his job and made it so easy to finalize the plan after a few iterations. The installer crew were also very professional and completed the entire job in less than a day. I would strongly recommend this company for any pallet racking jobs.

Couldnt be more disappointed with my experience. I met with their Senior Project Manager to quote our $100k+ warehouse project. I was seeking bids on Mezzanines, Modular Offices and High Pile storage. I had given a one-week deadline to submit their bid. Having not received their bid I followed up by phone and email. It was like pulling teeth to get answers. I was told simply that their quote was not ready and they needed more time. Given the scale of this project I offered to extend the bid deadline by a few extra days. Here I am two weeks later with no quote or communications. I called and left a message yesterday explaining my situation and urgency but still no call or email. Very unprofessional and a Huge waste of my time. I would give these guys Zero stars and recommend anyone steer clear of this group. There are plenty of other companies eager to earn your business so don’t waste your time with C&SS.

We just finished the long process with them to obtain from City of San Diego High Pile Rack Permit which is enforced by SDFD. They took care of everything (Structural reports, CAD drawings, Inspections, etc...)All was really smooth, and no pressure on us to replace all our racks and get new from them (like other vendors), just replaced what was needed. We have a warehouse in Poway, and on two separate occasions, have used Conveyor & Storage Solutions for the planning, permitting, installation and approval of our warehouse racks. Martin and Bira were great in making sure the projects were installed to Poway Fire Department and City approved specs, as Poway’s reputation for strict adherence to code is well deserved. Martin was our lead contact, and coordinated with the various city departments and internal resources. Bira led the charge on Permit inspections and permit submittals, and knows and works closely with the city and fire department personnel.
