Customer service was awesome. Great dogs too! SD Customs hasn’t done any work on my bike but I would be confident, based on what i saw, that their work is superb. I purchased two bar bags and the quality is outstanding.

No point in contacting this company. They never write crack. Used their website, Facebook and Instagram to reach out and nothing. Terrible service.

Im ma try to make this real short and to the point I went to this place with my 06 Street glide all I had them to do was change out my inner fairing and install a aftermarket one and a double DIN stereo deck these people kept my bike from Thursday to tuesday they charge me for about 10 hours and got 1100 bucks out of me they didnt finish with the installation of the double DIN CHIP recommend me to go to one of his side partners at Street noise to finish the job, I guess he wanted them to get a piece of the money too. I ended up taking the bike home.I called the people at Metra who makes the interface for the double din.they gave me the instructions how the program the the steering wheel controls in 2 minutes and it was done. this place Im never going to go there again for nothing. And they dont come across as straight honest people a little shady to say the least

After seeing how one of the drivers of your vehicles drove this morning (9/11/19, exiting Carrol Canyon Rd northbound), i will never get any work done from your company. Fortunately no accident was caused but certainly could have. Please teach your employees proper driving etiquette.

Would give them a zero if I could. If you are going to have the word customs in the name of your business you should not be afraid to do custom work. Wouldn’t even give me the time of day.

Paid $2800 for some Church wheels and never got them. Website said 6-8 weeks. After 16 weeks and multiple emails without a response, I tried to call and the phones were disconnected. I emailed to ask if they were still in business and they responded that they were working on it and would get back to me. I emailed again a week later and didnt get a response, so I tried to cancel the order and again didnt get a response. Finally just disputed the transaction through the credit card company. All in all, I wasted more than 5 months trying to get some wheels and the credit card company is still working on my refund.

This is a place that you definitely have to go to if you have a Harley or any other custom bike. The showroom will Amaze you with all of the accessories that you can add to your motorcycle. The staff is awesome and very personable.

Called to Purchase a Exhaust (a no longer produced exhaust) that I was told (by a customer) they had.Person on phone said it was in a store on Instagram, discused what bike I needed it for, but I was told it did not have a mount. I Said, no mount wasnt a problem I can make one. But, I dont use Instagram.I was then told, to just buy another brand they sell which is NOT what I asked for or want.I said I wanted said exhaust, I was then told they dont have one. When I said, You just told me you have one on A Instagram store. The response was oh I Guess I made a mistake and we dont have it.

Great bunch of people here and great motorcycle shop if your in town stop by and look em up you will not be disappointed

Ordered an item on the 10th of December for a Chrissy present. Item still had still not arrived well after Christmas so I contacted Australia post who told me it is being held up in customs and that the next step is to contact the seller as they need to get in touch with USPS and query as to what is going on and get it moving along. I have sent 4 emails in the period of about a week and not once have these people decided to even bother replying to me. Amazing how they replied instantly a few months back when I had a question about purchasing an item. Still have not received the item nor an email back to this day. Absolutely abysmal customer service, will NEVER purchase again or recommend these guys to anyone.

Love these guys and their stuff. Tip, if are staying downtown and are tempted to walk there (its less than a mile) dont. The neighbourhood on the way there can be pretty dicey.
