Weve moved twice in 15 months (I dont recommend it!) But I do recommend Reliable Delivery! We used them for both moves. They are professional and efficient, and I cant commend them enough. Do yourself a favor, and use Reliable Delivery for your next move!

Collin at the helm, Ivan, Elijah, Antony and Tony at Reliable Delivery were fast, efficient and professional. I was so impressed with this team and their attention to detail by wrapping all items and care for my furniture. I will refer them to anyone that is in need of a professional moving company. These guys are THE BEST! They managed to work some giant pieces of furniture up our super narrow staircase, when our previous delivery companies had all failed. I also appreciated how carefully they packed and prepared all the furniture to avoid any damage during transport; they are real pros. On top of that Mike, Tony and Josh were super friendly, efficient, and responsive. Ive moved many times and never had such an amazing moving crew. I would give a million stars if I could. I cant thank these guys enough for their help & how easy they made it for me since I found out I needed to move on short-notice but I was busy and didnt have time to pack or get things ready, it was overwhelming! They explained clearly how they would do it, and at first I thought they may not have understood what I was describing (it was a lot) because of how easy they made it sound, but as soon as they got here I could tell these guys knew what they were doing. I asked them to drop off some stuff at my in-laws but was worried about time and even after a long day, they stepped it up big time and kept going not just fast but they were actually having fun. Reliable Delivery was recommended to us from friends who had hired them to salvage a bad move from another company, when they moved from San Diego to Arizona. And were so glad they did! We were also making the same move with a fairly large household. The entire team - Dan, Juan, George, and Collin, and the in-house team, all exceeded our expectations. We got expert packing advice from Dan, which we took, and they even helped us find ways to save money by doing some things ourselves. They were always on time, extremely professional and friendly, and did an outstanding job with packing, unloading and then reassembling our furniture. Reliable delivery did an excellent job. Collin, Ivan, Luis and George were all professional and helpful with my move. They were polite and showed up on time for my move. They exceeded my expectations with their professional work, working at a fast pace that is not seen very often when it comes to a moving company. Great customer service and none of my stuff was damaged. Just wish they had more set payment options for a quicker move. I would only recommend people who have 5 hours worth of moving they need done or more. I was rushed to move off base so I didn’t have much time to pick and choose a moving company. Their payment option is a set amount I believe 4 or 5 hours minimum. Paying $900 for a 1 bedroom studio with no furniture, 8 crates, 3 duffle bags, and a tv isn’t something I’m going to do again. Only took them 30 minutes to move all my stuff and maybe 1 hour total worth of driving. But I do recommend this service to people if you have a big house to move.

Colin, Anthony, Jesus, and Thomas were over the top amazing. THE BEST!!!! I have had so many movers and Reliable Delivery has twice now, had the best teams I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. The guys were super careful, they even padded the front door and door jam to protect it. I dont recall any mover ever doing that for me...and I didnt even ask them to. Jesus was very, very careful about packing everything and they all worked with very positive attitudes and kindness and delivered unprecedented customer service. I was referred to Reliable Delivery by my real Estate agent, who got them as a referral from another agent. So that should tell you something.I should have used them on my first move but the timing didnt work. Huge mistake on my part. I went with another company and paid way more than I should have.But I digress, lets discuss the events of today shall we....Pre today - got a quote from them, had most excellent communication from the front office, very polite and knowledgeable.Today - my window was 10-12 with a half hour prearrival call. Around 1120 I called the front office for a status, within minutes Colin (crew lead) was calling me. First job was crazy, like a maze, needed more time... noted. I was fine with that because I had a status. No need to bust the guys chops for something he cant control.I got my pre arrival call and they actually beat me to the storage garage.( Bonus points for the crew.)They started to loaded the truck and looked exhausted from the 6 hour ordeal they just went through...I found out they hadnt had lunch...went and bought them some water and some Samiches.After their power boost, the went right back at it. They found 2 damaged items from another company I used. One was my mattress that was almost folded in half, the other was my grandmothers piano. In both cases we noted the predamage and they were so careful with the piano. (Bonus points number 2).They arrived at my new residence and with in 45 or so minutes had everything moved in. They humored me trying to help but I was really checking for more damages from the other company. They took away the trash, put together the couch, made sure everything was where I wanted it. And double checked to make sure I was happy with the placement.Professional, efficient, classy guys. I will definitely be recommending to friends, and obviously the world via Google of their awesomeness. 100/10 will recommend. And if I ever move again, I know who Im calling.

I couldn’t have been happier with Reliable Delivery. It was super easy to get a quote from their website. I called the office with questions and Josh immediately made me feel very comfortable and confident with this company. They called me when they were on their way and even showed up a little early. As soon as I opened the door Gary made me feel comfortable with his crew. They waisted no time putting down floor protections, padded the front door, and my railings. They did a thorough walk through and got right to work. It was instantly clear that they knew what they were doing. They were super quick and couldn’t haven taken better care of my stuff. They pad wrapped all of my furniture head to toe, and put cardboard in-front of the glass on my furniture. They were strong and very efficient. They couldn’t have taken more pride in their work. The back of their truck was super organized and they tetrised all my furniture in safely. It was clear they all have done this many times. I was so stressed, but they couldn’t have made it easier. I could have a normal conversation with them, and they kept me laughing the whole move. If you want a reliable, professional, and quality move, they are your company. Well ran family owned businesses like these deserve all the business they can get. I’m telling all of my friends/family/coworkers. Gary also took a very detailed inventory of my furniture. They helped me think ahead of how to place my boxes and little items to make unpacking more efficient. After they left I searched all of my very expensive furniture for damage and couldn’t find any!!! My floors and walls ended up with zero damage as well!! Thanks for the professional service!!

In March 2019, we hired them a week before we had to move of our 1 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor and the company was very flexible to our schedule. The two men (Colin and 1 other, I forgot his name) that showed up were quick to start and very professional. They made our move-out experience so much easier and a positive one. We will definitely re-book with them!

Once again the legends at Reliable Delivery have exceed our expectations!This was the third move we have done with Dan and his crew and they just keep getting better if thats even possible.This was the biggest of our moves and most complicated as we had items going to storage, items being prepared for shipping to the east coast and then a large ranch home worth of items being moved into a smaller 3 level house with much more of a difficult entrance.The guys came prepared and had everything wrapped and protected in no time and trucks well packed and over the two days we had them booked for they had it all done within a day and a half.Cannot recommend these guys highly enough for any type of move or even to store you belongings with.10/10 once again!Cheers

Every step of the way from speaking to the Project Manager (Josh) to the actual movers on the day of were professional, friendly and very helpful.My wife and I moved into the third floor of a three story apartment building on July 19. We previously hired Two Men and a Truck for our move from Mission Valley to Bay Ho, but those movers were unable to complete our move - they said our couch wouldn’t fit and offered to haul it away for $50 to the junkyard or they could leave it outside.I called Reliable Delivery and spoke with Josh while Two Men and A Truck was still moving boxes into my new apartment. Josh said he was very confident that they would be able to get the couches into the apartment so I had the other movers leave the couch outside.Ten days later, on moving day part two, the Reliable Delivery moving team called me 30 minutes prior to arriving and arrived even earlier than anticipated, which I appreciated. I showed them the space and where the couches were. In about 45 minutes both sets of the sectional couches were in my apartment. 45 minutes! Two Men and a Truck failed to even attempt to move it up the first set of stairs.The experience I had with Reliable Delivery was leaps and bounds better than any other delivery service I have ever used. We will definitely be using their services for any upcoming moves we make - and we’re definitely going to be recommending this team to our friends, family and colleagues. These guys were really easy to work with to get all set for our move. We ended up not moving and they werent hard to work with on that end either. If I needed this service again I would definitely call them.

We used Reliable Delivery to move my elderly in-laws from their home to an assisted living facility and could not have been happier. Josh in the office handled the reservation paperwork quickly and efficiently and was a pleasure to deal with. Gary and Ernesto who did the actual moving were just rock stars. They made an emotional day for my mother-in-law so much better by making her at ease with the process and showing great care and respect for her belongings. First of all I am not one to write reviews, however this company impressed me so much I find it of great necessity to inform you so you will rest assured your belongings will be taken care of and moved gently.Reliable Delivery moved me last Sat. and they were AWESOME! They called as they were leaving and said they would meet me at my storage unit at 8:00 am. I am a stickler about time and the truck arrived before me. The team informed me how long it would take to load and they would take an inventory as they loaded, the timetable was spot on. They said they were trained in moving antiques and were especially careful with my treasured possessions.The young men moved quickly, efficiently, and were very kind and funny. When we arrived we walked downstairs and wanted to be sure as to what each room was called so as to put everything in the rightful place. The had ne guy moving everything to my apartment. Move my from m a small one bedroom should have been less than one hour..Moving too the new place with two people working less than 2 hours. Now I am stuck with a 550.00 when should have been four. Do not trust them.

I used these guys for a move and was extremely disappointed. They damaged the face of my fridge due to their incompetence and impatience. Their team of 3 tried to force my fridge through a door side ways causing permanent damage to my fridge. The next day myself and 1 other guy moved the fridge through the same door with no issue.

... so, the time came to move my sister into an assisted living facility which also required getting her crazy-heavy electric wheelchair to the facility. And, once again I called these guys.Maybe its cause Ive had such horrid moving experiences in the past [guys not showing... EVER, or the reserved truck suddenly not being available on the day of the move... etc.] but I swear to god, in a word these guys ROCK!I was stressed and coordinating a million things and was able to get them booked in the time frame that worked for me. As before, I got confirmation calls before they got to the apartment to let us know how close they were... they were ON TIME, fast and again, we got confirmation calls to let us know they had successfully dropped of the wheelchair and were on their way to deliver the rest of the furniture at the determined location.If you go with anyone else... well, youre just a fool looking for trouble! I learned that Reliable Delivery started out moving antiques and were well versed in the art of protecting those valuable items. However, this company proved to be reliable in all aspects of the moving process, showing up at the agreed date and time and completing the local move in a very reasonable timeframe. This is the second time I have used Reliable Delivery for my move, and I was just as impressed as the first time. The two young men who moved my stuff were polite and professional. They called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way, and were very efficient in getting my things packed into the truck. When we got to my new place, I did not feel rushed at all and they were very nice about asking me where I wanted everything placed. I strongly recommend using Reliable Delivery! You are better off paying with cash, as there is a discount if you pay cash rather than credit.

The arrived right on time (calling first to give us a head up that they were on their way) and took great care in wrapping and transporting our belongings.There were three guys, including the owner, Dan, and all were hard working and polite. Reliable Delivery saved me so much time and stress during my move. I had to move some items with me to Los Angeles and most of my items moved to storage in San Diego. It felt daunting when I started. But once I spoke with Daniel, he helped remove layers and layers of stress. He was respectful, fair, and honest. The communication was good and overall the service was very organized.I booked my move date appointment online, I got a confirmation call 1 day prior and a courtesy call 1 hour before my scheduled appointment and the movers arrived 10 minutes earlier. My movers were Alan and Isidro; they both were very professional and kind.

HORRIBLE!! Do not use this moving company. Their workers dont know how to pick up mattresses. They picked up my mattress and ripped it 4 feet so now my mattress is destroyed. So now they send me a check for 70$ for the damage to my mattress. What does 70$ buy you. Be aware if you use them for moving services you wont get your items moved without being damaged. Hiring an attorney so I can get the brand new mattress I just purchased replaced that cost me $1430.00.

Reliable Delivery moved my home goods from Temecula to Escondido - they were a fantastic team of guys that did a great job. All were friendly and concerned about my things. In a day and age where I am routinely disappointed by the attention to detail, work ethic and level of customer service, I was compelled to wake up early and give these men the credit they are due. Josh and Thomas at Reliable Delivery represent what everyone would want if they set their elderly mother up with movers. I originally spoke with Josh @ Reliable delivery by phone, he quoted me a competitive rate (not the cheapest but right in there with others) and then provided me with all the details I needed. Quick and easy. The reason I chose Reliable from the quote wasnt based on price. It was because he asked me lots of questions about what I needed, and about the move. It seemed like he asked me more questions than anyone and was trying to get a sense of the service we required. I booked with Josh and he sent me all the paperwork and then followed up with me several times to confirm our date and time. Josh and Thomas were on time, they introduced themselves, we all shook hands and they asked to got right to work. Meticulous inventory of items, then came the wrapping, padding, taping of all breakables and furniture. This takes time and they did it the right way, they acted like it was their families stuff they were moving. They loaded the truck like a couple pros, everything was strapped and tied down and everything fit perfectly. Then they drove it to our new location, asked us where everything went and they went right back to work. Thomas and Josh were so careful with everything and our walls, and our carpet. This isnt easy when youre carrying 250lbs between two guys and lifting it in all sorts of directions to make it inside the next room around an angle. My wife mentioned that she was also very impressed with how they communicated with each other in her presence. Always asking the other if they were Okay and she said her interactions with both young men were excellent and very courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and when they repacked their truck before heading off for two more jobs they both came and said: THANK YOU for the business and the waters at the end.I woke up this morning and called the Reliable Delivery office and was leaving a message when Daniel Parascand, the owner, picked up the phone. We had a nice chat. He explained its not easy hiring in his industry, but he has a wife and kids of his own and he said part of his litmus test is finding team members that he would be comfortable with having them around his family. From my estimation, hes done a good job with picking the guys that worked on our move.As a business owner for 27 years, I know what it means to provide customer service and how important the little details are to your clients. We had no hesitation booking this company to move us again after the excellent effort they did for us nearly 4 years ago.This time we moved from the Hillcrest area to Solana Beach.The guys arrived on time on Tuesday,March 3rd at 8am ready to rock n roll.Its never easy moving bulky items through the narrow hallways and doorways of an old Spanish style house but these guys are extra careful and are great problem solvers when things get tricky.All in all they did a great job for the right price.Thanks again to Daniel,Seth,Marlon and Colby.See you next time.

This company was great to deal with from scheduling thru the move. Everyone I talked with before the move was very helpful and I felt like they really knew their stuff. They called the day before the move to make sure there were no last minute questions or concerns. When the crew showed up they walked thru the house and evion the crew seemed to be listening and taking note of all my requests and concerns. They were quick and I never once saw them rest. They estimated the move would take 5-6 hours and they finished in 5 and a half. They were professional and thoughtful of my needs once they were done. Although all boxes were marked with the rooms they belonged in they made sure not to put so many boxes in that I wouldnt have room to get things organized.

I had an awful experience, the movers were young and seemed inexperienced. They showed up with other furniture of someone elses already in the truck and spent a lot of time (that you pay for by the minute) just rearranging the all of it to fit! Also, I had a lot furniture already completely wrapped already and they insisted on wrapping it all again, which took so much time (that, again, they charge for).To top it off, they almost left without some pieces, and by the time we were on our way, I was going to pay for the slow commute through rush hour traffic, so I decided to have them deliver to a closer storage. I asked if I would be charged for the blankets, they said no, and then took the time to unwrap every single item (25+ items) AND CHARGED ME FOR IT.THEN they broke the glass in a very expensive hanging picture frame and said they couldnt tell their boss until the morning because it was after hours, and NEVER refunded any of the $550 for what was supposed to be a quick move.They absolutely have no customer service skills and I cannot believe they have been in business so long! DONT USE THEM!!
