Lumacast creates products that are of high quality and artfully beautiful at the same time. We love our new fire pit and appreciate the outstanding customer service. Illusion and Peter were excellent at communicating timing of delivery and took time to review all aspects of the fire pit including cleaning and maintenance. They take great care in examining the product before it is shipped to our home. Our tabletop that was ordered after we placed our original order was getting ready for shipment and was noted to have defects - Illusion called me to let me know it was being remade and would be out to our home ASAP. What other company actually checks their work like that?! I cant recommend this product enough!

My entire experience with Lumacast from start to finish was excellent. Zachary helped me choose the right piece to complete our outdoor living space. It was delivered on time and installed by a very personal and professional staff (Matt and Andretti). The product itself exceeded our expectations, the fire-pit is even better in person. About 6 months ago, we started looking at fire pits for our backyard; thats when we stumbled across Lumacast. I was amazed at the designs and knew right away this was the company I wanted to go with. We looked high and low for fire features for our backyard and once we found Lumacast, the search was over. Their quality, craftsmanship, and customer service are unmatched. The hardest thing was deciding which one to buy and what size! There are so many choices, and I dont think any would have been bad. Were so happy with the look of our Ova Slim. It anchors our yard and new built in bench, and the beautiful yellow cover stands out in the best way. The fire gets really hot and isnt a wimpy little cute only fire feature, though you can adjust the flow easily if you dont want the heat output. Thank you, Lumacast! Were so happy.

We purchased a fire table from Lumacast for our patio back in 2015 and love it. The unit is outside and exposed to the hot Southern California direct sun and weather and has been rock solid. We researched several fire pits online before finding the Lumacast and most of them were made of a cheap fiberglass that required to be covered when not in use. The Lumacast fire table is lightweight concrete and can be left outside without covering. Four years later our fire table still looks amazing. We have also been impressed with Zachary and the customer service. Zachary went beyond the call of duty to help us with our purchase, delivery, and installation.If you are looking for a fire pit or custom architectural concrete, Lumacast is a company you should definitely consider. 5+ Stars!

Excellent company with an excellent product. Went over the top to insure satisfaction and delivered during the COVID-19, using protective equipment and disinfecting everything before leaving. Highly recommend Lumacast. If you see a comparable product cheaper, there is a reason.

With Lumacast, you are getting a modern, progressive, high end piece of art that will set you apart from an other fire pit or decorative piece.
