I ordered this plate carrier with one promise that they would be able to help customize with a little bit of extra webbing. That will not be happening now. They have discontinued digital dessert which is what my utilities are for being in the Marines. Was wanting to get the Hans Backpack as well, but that won’t be happening now either apparently. I was patient waiting since they didn’t keep them in stock and had to wait 3 months or so to get the plate carries in the first place. Tried talking to customer service to see if they could do anything even if I had to pay more. They said they couldn’t help me. They didn’t even take a second to ask anyone in management if there was something we could work out. What I’m basically saying on this rant don’t trust what they say they will do.

Best gear around! Navy has got it going on as usual and I was fortunate enough to have an opportunity to stop by for a couple of items.
