Called for the first time about 2 months ago. Guy came to our warehouse to check out the kind of pallets we needed. Tried placing the order and never got an answer back. Called multiple times and sometimes someone would answer and hang up or no answer at all. Literally blew me off. I would think someone wants a business account that places constant orders. Would not recommend if looking for a pallet guy. Look elsewhere...

Gonzalez pallets has all my wood I need for my DIY projects even the owner gave me some loose boards he had laying around and worked fine for my projects.

They never answer the phone And when they do hang up on you
