The absolute best pasta! So fresh. The sauce is delicious too.

This place was so good! Got it to-go several times during our stay in PB. You cant go wrong with any of their sauces. My bf loved the Norma and my favorite was the meatballs. Staff was very friendly! Highly recommend.

This gem of a place on Turquoise near Cass serves outstanding house made sauces on homemade pastas. Pick your pasta, pick your sauce. Best Italian I have had in years. Cant wait to come back to Pacific Beach and feast again.

We make good pasta at home but this is just different and wonderful !

Classic yummy pasta. It’s a bit bland so I just add sriracha and crushed pepper on top and it’s literally a perfect meal

My family tried this pasta place and we definitely will come back! I loved the pesto with pappardelle- so fresh and garlicky! The butter/cheese sauce was simple, yet delicious when prepared with fresh pasta. The bolognese was very tasty, but I think my preference would be for it to have a little more sauce with the meat? All in all, a wonderful restaurant for our family/

I was so happy when they opened this satellite location which is closer to me, and everytime I have gone (6+ times) the food has been outstanding. If you like pasta, you are in for a treat.

Everything about the food here is excellent and the ordering process is so simple. Basically you pick your sauce and you pick your pasta. Boom.Choosing is easy because everything is delicious (Ive been 3 times, I think weve tried every pasta type and every sauce). Actually I take it back, choosing is difficult because everything is delicious and I can only eat so much.The pappardelle noodles are my favorite, but the rigatoni is a close second. The flavor and texture of both are perfect. I dont know exactly how to describe it, but theyre a joy to eat!My favorite sauce is simply named white sauce. Holy moly Rocky, its fantastic. I ordered it originally for my kids, but ended up keeping it all for myself. My kids love the meatballs, and my wife loves the bolognese.Definitely give them a try if youre in North PB or Bird Rock. Small businesses are hurting right now, and I cant think of a more delicious way to help a local restaurant.

The food here is incredible, what an amazing find! If youre a pesto fan then youre in luck, the pesto here is the best Ive had anywhere.Thought to be fair, every sauce Ive tried has been great. Particularly the white sauce and the meaty bolognese. Ive yet to try the cheese sauce, but Ill fix that mistake on my next visit.What weve been doing in our house is ordering three types (you choose a pasta, and choose a sauce), then sharing them family style at home. You can add meatballs too, which you should because theyre excellent.I was a huge fan of Pasta espresso in PB for many years before it closed. Im so happy to hav Pastiamo now to fill the pasta shaped whole in my heart (and stomach). I

I had the Bolognese with fusilli and it was totally amazing! Good price, tasty and meaty sauce, big portion, home made pasta. What more do you want! She was even making fresh pasta as I walked in. Going back to have the Norma sauce and Ill try another pasta with it

Nice freshly made pasta shop. They have both sauces and also pasta. You can buy separately and take home too cook or they can cook it for you. Parking in front
