Buy Local...except from here.Bought some new shorts other day, and threading fell out. Given they were $70 and hadnt lasted one day walking around at home, I went to return them (not too high of an expectation right?). There was no equivalent item to exchange in my size unfortunately. Asked for a refund, no go. Receipt in hand, literally 1 day old, cant return faulty product for a refund. Best they could do was a gift card to billabong and suggested searching for / ordering the item on their website.Billabong doesnt accept gift card payment on their website.Not worth the hassle. Item I wanted faulty, no replacement, no refund, now sitting on a garbage gift card with limited use.

Chill environment, helpful and friendly staff, amazing selection of clothes and gear…all around great shopping experience. Will return for sure!

Neat stuff, but nothing is cheap- only go if youre planning on spending $50 on one article of clothing you could get online for $15

Beachworks is now owned by Billabong. I used to love buy T-shirts here because they had an excellent selection from many brands, now they only carry a couple.
