Have had an amazing experience with this store and specifically the manager Gabriel Gutierrez. End to end, I received the type of support I would only expect from a succesful family run business.Just went through a kitchen remodel and bought all my appliances through Gabriel. He was extremely helpful in going through the pros/cons of the various higher end appliances. Ultimately guided me to what works best for me and my budget (Thermador). Where he went above and beyond is managing expectations through the logistical challenges incurred by COVID.He set conservative delivery expectations vs telling me what I wanted to hear and then micromanaged each appliance to get it to me as soon as possible. He was able to pull in a few deliveries by tracking inventory on a daily basis and helped source alternative parts for my hood when the initial part had no ETA and was blocking kitchen completion.Always available to answer questions or double check on status and did not oversell me on a thing.

On the sales side they were fine, on the delivery/install they failed miserably. I ordered a refrigerator which was delivered, placed in the spot in the kitchen then they left. No install, no levelling, no removing the packing, poor service. Then I had a dishwasher, microwave, and stove delivered. The delivery people refused to put the stove in the house, say it was too heavy. I called the store manager who said he did not know what to do and that delivery did not include install, only delivery to the address. After a heated conversation, he sent two other persons out to place the stove in my home. He was adamant that they do not install, that installing was my responsibility. I ordered and paid for the dishwasher install kit but never received, I also paid a service to install the dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator properly. They are good at sales, but horrible after you spend the money. I will not purchase from them again.

This place is awesome. If you want to buy some really great appliances for your home 🏡 you have to go there. We bought a built in dull zone wine cooler sub- zero and its really nice 👌 🙂. They have everything for the home. When you go there just be aware that it is not cheap. But remember it is the best of the best 👌 and worth every penny. You will love this place.

Horrible automated service, the specific store doesn’t answer their phone, the automated service gives store hours then says they are closed the days it just said they were open. It puts you on a loop when you put in your zip code, and also when you request a particular department. Then after finally speaking to a representative you get disconnected, after they can’t locate the items you purchased 2 weeks ago, the absolute worst over the phone customer service experience I’ve ever had.

This was the most painless shopping experience during a time where shopping has been so painful. Gabriel answered all of our questions and helped us decide as a trusted advisor would. We cannot thank him and staff enough with their professionalism and hospitality.

We are remodeling our kitchen from scratch. I went to other stores with what I wanted in mind and Pacific Sales had the selection we were looking for. George was so super helpful, patient and knowledgeable about each brand and product. He listened to what was important for our project, our needs and our budget. He was honest about the pluses and minuses of brands of products. The staff there is very accommodating and pleasant. I went there 3 times before I made the final decision not because I wasnt sure about where to buy from but to make sure our investment was what we wanted for our needs. Pacific Sales and George would make me a return customer many times over than other places that sell appliances.

As I gaze at our beautiful wine fridge, I cant thank PS enough. We found what we were looking for and were able to buy it and arrange for delivery in 15 minutes. Totally happy camper!

Sales manager helped us pick out the best quality sink and shower faucets they really made our vision of style work. They have a huge selection all the home appliances you need and the staff makes the process smooth and easy. SOME of their products are special order so make sure you come enough time in advance before you want to instal your products because some products, such as our sink that we bought, take longer since their a specialty coming from the manufacture itself. But, thats why coming here is so great because you can really find top quality appliances unlike at Home Depot or Lowes.

A large show room. Many options for kitchen and bath both in terms of fixtures and appliences. However, if you are really looking to remodel your kitchen or bath and need a wider range of shower heads, tubs, etc., I recommend a true fixture shop.

They are quick to sell to you, very friendly and helpful but as soon as you are done buying from them, everything changes :( the customer service was horrible, delivery was pathetic, and the install guys have no idea what they are talking about..we had them come three times n they all said something different. Then finally after 10 days of going back n forth, we get the fridge in, and guess what, we have a damaged unit. Trying to get them to replace it has been another nightmare :(

My wife and I were in the market for a built-in fridge, through our research we wanted to keep our business local, so we visited Pacific Sales in San Dimas. Our first visit was fine a salesman, who showed us some products, and we went home to discuss our options. The next day we get a pop-up ad on the computer from Pacific Sales for a built-in fridge with decent discount, so we decided to go and check that item out, however the original sales person was not there, so we got helped by someone else. As soon as we mentioned the ad he became noticeably upset, telling us they don’t have that item in stock. We understood so we ask to see brochure again, but they didn’t have any, so we asked if he can show us any pictures online. The answer was no; he kept pushing us to consider something they have in the showroom and stated that he doesn’t know anything about the ad. Luckily, we had a copy of the ad. He then stated that this item is discontinued and sold as is, we can’t see it, and if we bought it and didn’t like it we are stuck with it. We explained to the salesperson it did not mention any of that in the ad and we still want to make the purchase. When he started the paper work he began to ad his own conditions on the order receipt, such as SOLD AS IS, NO RETERN NO INSTLLATION. At that time, I asked to speak to a manger, who was unprofessional and unaccommodating. My wife and I waked out of the store stunned with the customer service. BestBuy is a Pacific Sales retailer also, so we drove to West Covina BestBuy walked in and spoke with a nice lady in appliance sales, showed her the ad and walked out an hour later with a new fridge sale, no nonsense included. The delivery, installation, and icemaker filter, as well as the removal of the previous fridge was all included in the price as advertised. That’s how you make sale and happy customer. Pacific Sales San Dimes should hold their salespeople to a higher standard of customer service.

Prices were Very competitive. The only drawback was the store was remodeling and some of the displays were not set up however I will visit again when everything is set up.

Much better than going to the Best Buy Store for appliances. And they are owned by the same parent company
