Wow, these guys are fantastic! Brought my little Ford CMax hybrid in because I could not find anyone that really knew how to properly install some higher power xenon head lighting. Dale and Max did a wonderful job on both the low & high beams, even with a glitch that the supplier did not supply the correct light. Took care of it and had me on my way. They specialize in trucks, and it is a well run family co. When I get another truck, they will definitely get my business. Thanks for your hard and creative work.

After a catastrophic failure to my trucks suspension I dropped off my vehicle without any notice to them on a Saturday. I talked to Teresa on Monday morning about the issues at hand. I called to check in every day around 2pm about the status of my truck. I was told everyday that someone would call me back. It wasnt until Thursday that I heard back telling me that they would look at my truck Friday morning. I received a call Friday afternoon with my estimate and I went in to sign a work order.Look, this was my first experience with LCM and at first I was disappointed at the time it took to get a tech to look at my vehicle. I can tell you now it was because they were extremely loaded with work. There must of been 15 other vehicles in queue and now I know why.I cannot say enough good things about LCM. They thoroughly inspected and diagnosed the trouble with my suspension and gave a fair estimate on new parts and installation. Upon my inspection of the work completed I noticed their attention to detail. They painted the new parts and they even put new labels on my Fox shocks! When I drove away the alignment was dead on. My truck rides now as if it were on rails and it feels like a brand-new ride.So when you go to LCM dont be surprised if their white board has 15-20 slots filled with customers ahead of you. My only suggestion would be if I dont have an appointment, be up-front that it can take 4-5 days to inspect my vehicle. Make it an opportunity to talk about the shop and what your work means to your satisfied customers.I am now one of their satisfied customers and I will be back!!!

I am a disabled veteran and drilling holes in the gutters on the roof is much harder than I anticipated. They do amazing work, but got I quote for 12 holes drilled in my roof so I could personally install my roof rack. Ended up coming out to $450 just for 12 holes. No install.

I ordered the parts for my truck in december. They still are not in. Sara does not return phone calls and is never available when i call in the check the status of my order. Ive already paid over $2000. Im very disappointed at this point.

LGE is an all around excellent shop, the staff is awesome, they will get it done right.Louis, Dale, Shara and Spencer always go the extra mile to get my jeep squared away.

They have everything you need for your truck and have an excellent body shop.

Replaced shocks here, fast and professonal but too expensive for just a replacement.

Customer service sucks waited and waited thin win I ask For help again I was told they were busy but yet there were worker standing around doing nothing finely just left went to a nether shop
