Unfortunately, the transition from GlendoraHyundai has not been smooth.. changes of employees. No one answers phone for service appointments. Then I was told by one employee they may not honor my free oil changes, which are not really free since there is always additional work needed. We will see
I received excellent service when going in for my new car. I highly recommend that if anyone is interested in a Hyundai car, that they do some research before coming in, it really made for easier conversations. I was a huge fan of the service, they really made my family and I feel like we should get this car. I went to the local Jeep and Chevrolet and they both told me to get lost. At Hyundai, I was able to buy a Sonata limited series for a very fair price. I will and have been recommending this dealership to all my friends.
I spoke to April to make an appointment two weeks ago to have an oil change today. When I made the appointment I told her that my sensors on cruise control are not working correctly. She told me she wrote a note in the system and to tell them when we brought the vehicle in. My husband takes the car and calls me because he says that Norma cant find the appointment. Another small detail, he calls me 38 minutes after our appointment time. So I asked him why it took so long to realize that we dont have an appointment. He told me that Norma got confused with checking the tire pressure and disregarded how he told her we have an oil change appointment. He was told the car was ready and he thought that was too quick for an oil change. So he asked her if the oil change was done and she stated what oil change. He told her that she is a bad worker (he is so quiet and never says anything to anyone, so she really had to be bad for him to speak up). She refused to help him so he had to talk to the manager who told him he shouldnt of called her a bad worker. Anyways, they ended up finding the appointment (which shows what a bad worker Norma is). Additionally, April is a bad worker as well because they told my husband that they dont diagnosis/trouble shoot vehicles on Saturday. So we will no longer be going to this dealership for our service needs. What happened to customer service and satisfaction.
