The customer service was fantastic and we had a lot of fun trying out the beds! Never had a sleep number bed before and coming out of the store I was amazed, on how our bed is going to feel when we get it! Cant wait to finally sleep well for a change.

I bought a King Sized mattress and they delivered one that does not split at the top. So if I decide to buy an adjustable foundation, when I can afford it, I will also need to buy a new mattress that works on the adjustable foundation.Before I bought the bed, I spoke to the salesman about upgrading to an adjustable foundation in the future.These beds are very expensive.

It was so easy. I like the way they walked us through multiple mattresses to ensure we understood this cool technology and how it will work for us. You are buying the Tesla of mattresses so the experience is unique, I can’t wait for the thing to show up

Hi there, well I felt the need to write this review because if you’re ever in need for elite customer service, well here it is. Damian is the amazing gentleman who took good care of me. He went the extra mile to help me out, please keep in mind, I never been physically in the store but all was taken care thorough the phone. He followed back, never hesitate to answer any questions or concerns. He educated my husband and I in all the beds and what fits us best. Our bed is coming August 8th. I can’t wait! Thank you so much Damian for being the best! You’re truly amazing and looking forward to doing more business in the future.

I own a Split King 360 i10 Bed with adjustable base and I absolutely love it!! Honestly this is the best sleep I’ve ever had!!! So, I decided to purchase another one for my daughter and son-in-law!! They were so impressed with the comfort of their new bed they’ve told all their friends. Now her friends are looking to buy one for themselves!!

We went into the San Dimas store and immediately were greeted by Chris. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to address all of our questions and concerns. He made sure throughout the entire process that we understood everything he was explaining so that we could make the most informed decision. We never felt pressured by any sales tactics at any point. It was definitely a positive experience that I’m happy we went through. Now we get to have a comfortable nights sleep.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, without being pushy. Our salesperson was very helpful and knowledable about each bed we tried. I was particularly pleased that he didn’t pressure us into buying anything that night. He gave us all the information we wanted to go home and think about it. Needless to say, we returned the next day to make the purchase. We can’t wait for our bed to arrive!
