Fantastic customer service! I had my balloons delivered and Clarissa did an amazing job communicating to ensure the delivery was at the right place at the right time. The balloon bouquets were just as I had ordered, and they looked great!

It was nice and quiet. By the time came up to check out, maybe 5 minutes. Not bad. Wipe and hand sanitizing stations everywhere. That was impressive. Getting very light on Christmas items.

Walked in on a Friday, fully expecting a long wait for my balloon bouquet...the staff was friendly, and helpful and I got my balloons filled and ready in 15 minutes! So grateful!

Great staff!!! As soon as we entered we were greeted by a young lady who made our Halloween costume shopping faster and easier. They had all the costumes wanted and they were all neatly packaged. The store is also very clean and checking out our costumes was very quick. Overall awesome shopping experience at Party City!!!

We shopped for our sons birthday. We were able to find what we needed. They were doing a lot of restocking at the time which made it difficult to get to some items. We have been to several locations and will definitely be back ☺️

Usually good products. But I bought a large mylar balloon and it did not last a full day in a cool room. It was for my wed anniversary the next day. So it was almost flat when I put it out for my wife.

I like the options on the sports items.

Fun little store to visit. Has the funny and fun little gadgets, doodads and toys you need to throw a big or small party. Hope the place stays competitive to stay in business.

I love party city. Not today! If you cant be professional and courteous, pleaseeeeee, stay home! Rudeness sets me off! Its not what she said, its how she spoke to me like I am an idiot. I had two screaming toddlers and she made the situation worse. I did tell her to stick the items in her butt and proceeded to walk out. She even tried to take a toy away from my granddaughter even after I told her twice it was ours. Never again!

There were only two people working in the entire store and it took forever to check out.

Im going to be 💯 honest Party City is usually the last place I go if Im not able to find what Im looking for else where. The only reason for that is there pretty expensive to me.

Takes forever to get even one Baloon on a weekend day. Unreal. Need more people on weekends doing balloons when everyone wants one. I hope Costco or Amazon starts selling it soon. I wont have any rwreas to go to party City.
