Was nice to do a Lil shopping at Costco early today! But sad about trying to get gas at this place between hers of 9am/11am here in Glendora / San Dimas

I always visit this Costco, enjoyed every time shopping here. Although there is a longer waiting time in line to enter the store, it is still relaxing inside. They indeed sanitized every cart and keep everything in abundant supply. Signs on the floor guides people keeping distancing, the check our desk is covered by plastic panels.Stay healthy and enjoy Costco.

Made an appointment to rotate my tires. Long line at appointment time, so everyone was ahead of me, so they basically implied the appointment was useless. Wait time with the “appointment”, is 1 1/2 hours. Don’t waste time making an appointment, just show up early.Additional, asked to have the spare tire rotated in, when the guy did not fill out the diagram. I reminded him to rotate the spare in, he had forgotten. He still did not fill in the diagram. When I pointed this out to him, he said “We know how to rotate tires”. Maybe, but certainly he did not know how to fill out the form properly.

This is a good Costco. Lines are semi long, however not stupid long like at some Costco. The food court knows what they are doing along with a food order kiosk makes things move along quickly. I’ve been to many Costco however this is one of my favorite.

I have been a member for many years. I tend to do a lot more shopping at Sams club, where I also am a member. I shop Costco for the pharmacy. You cant beat their prices for prescriptions and their large variety of over the counter supplements. I wish they had more of a variety in brands. Their brand is Kirkland and they carry more of that then anything else and with some products they only stock Kirkland brand and nothing else.

Almost everything is good at Costco. The vitamins are not good since majority of them contain soybean oil, which is very bad. The buyer should pay attention to the ingredients.I would like to see more veggie burger patties. The veggie meats they offer are full of junk in them. Just take a minute to read the ingredients on the Beyond Meat packaging. Also, if you are single, you cannot buy any food from Costco since everything is giant size

I usually go to Azusa not San Dimas. Its completely opposite and Im so confused when I go in. Lol. Cant wait to hurry and finish shopping and get out!!!Back to Azusa when possible.

Able to locate specific items needed at the time. All brands of the product are in the same area; no searching what-so-ever!! Quick trip - in & out! Picked up (3) things: Hard Salami, Green Seedless Grapes Bananas! Less than 20 minutes!!! Costco employees are always very nice, kind and always willing to assist!! Rate: 5*****s!!!

Costco is one of my favorite stores, good price and atmosphere, but some items that you may like, they might not carry.

I bought a pumpkin pie for a co workers bday she loved it its her favorite pie;) all the Nurses loved it;)

Love this Costco in San Dimas. Clean store and wonderful staff. Plenty of parking and great eateries around this store. Near by other shopping stores. 210 Freeway access

Low key one of the best Costco in the area. Definitely seems a bit smaller then other Costcos but is able to offer everything everyone else has with plenty of samples while you walk. I really like this Costco. The lines tend to be smaller and the employees are actually able to be found when needed.Parking is pretty on point. There is always parking available and even the parking that looks far is not that far.Customer service lines tend to be short at this location. Sometimes if there is a line then you might end up having to wait. Some employee at the front tend to be a little on the slow side or customers can be pretty horrible.Electronics area is never busy and they have a ton of amazing options. There is an even bigger selection online. This area is hard to find a staff member sometimes.General store attendance that could help you are a little bit more apparent. This is an area I see most Costco suffer in.This location is pretty well stocked. If you are looking for something in particular I would call before you head over.Shoes and apparel are usually well stocked but for some reason today shoes were not stocked.Check out lines here are usually shorter then other locations. Definitely a huge plus.Concession stand is located inside and now they have replaced humans with machines? Not sure why this machine thing does not work. They need to have someone out there forcing people to use them.

Some of the employees have horrible attitudes.Weve been going here for over five years and each and every visit, there is some unhappy or negative employee that we encounter.Our latest prized employee was Monique S who is a cashier. Upon arrival at her checkout area, she said thanks for not being on the phone while checking out, we appreciate that.She unfriendly and unprofessional on top of her unsolicited rude comment.Use caution, document, and record these rude and disrespectful employees.

Terrible, horrific customer service! I saw an LG brand refrigerator two days ago and decided to buy it today. So I called the store to ask if they have any in stock. An associate named Jan told me they only have GE and Whirlpool. I asked again to make sure, and she told me the same thing.However, when visiting the store, there were two in stock and I bought one of them. Customer service is supposed to be helpful, but I dont get why she lied to me! I would give negative stars if there is such option!

This time I found everything I needed & checked out pretty fast. I think I chose the best time to go on a Sunday afternoon.

When it comes to Wholesale bulk shopping, no one does it better than Costco. This is why they have been so successful. Sure there is good competition from other stores like Sams Club and BJs but Costco is the clear leader.

Usually manageable crowds before 3 pm. The gas line can be long so come early.

I love farmers market because you’re supporting small farms & it’s not mass produced..with that said, I still like Costco because you can find items that you use on a daily basis for less, & still find gems at club prices. I can just walk up & down the aisles at my own speed & look at the products. I love it

Its your typical Costco. The gas lines are always very long but they finally have someone out there directing traffic.

I dont like having to walk through every isle to try to find things. I dont have time to search 4 or 5 isle to find what I came in for.

Its always great to shop Costco, went to San Dimas Costco try a different one today. I been to quite a few to see if they something different. I also do it for the drive getting out is fun.

Love Costco in general, but especially this particular one. Its usually not as busy as most of them, and the service is excellent. Great guys in the tire department, as well. Of course, the bargain prices at the food court and the no hassle return policies go without saying.

Saw that this Costco had chicken bake in food court. I was very surprised so order one and a drink. Big mistake!! Payment is easy with self service. Then u stand around waiting for number. U get your cup then give it to the drink person. Double work. Every Costco has different setup too. Don’t know why not the same.—back to chicken bake. I was expected hot chicken bake like before. Instead get something different. Long narrow like churro. Yes comes it comes in the churro bag too. I look it and look at picture at food court. Shake my head .. they got me good.Taste stale like under heat lamp. Yes the inside is warm. But the outside crust not crispy not the same. Never again.—//—Lesson - never buy at food court. Just get them from frozen aside and bake at home. Cheaper and better tasting too.

I was leaving Costco, as I was leaving the employee noticed the watermelon wasnt on the receipt, the cashier hadnt charged me for it. The employee was SUPER friendly and pointed out the watermelon wasnt on the receipt. So I went and paid for it....The employee at the exit was nice.. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE for an awkward situation.

I like this Costco because the food court has kiosks to order food and then you just wait for your order number to be called on. For me, it saves time, and keeps people from standing in long lines.

Costco has been doing a nice job keeping the flow moving of people exiting. There is a bottleneck of people in the back by the refrigerator with milk and eggs and it continues all the way up the aisle along the toilet paper /paper towels. My one big complaint is the checkout process. They have the registers so close together so you are standing within 2 ft of someone at the next register. This is not socially distant at all. I will continue to go here and find my own way around these issues because it is still a great place to shop and they continue to embrace so many great products.

Costco is in festive look. Obviously its Christmas time.

Love this Costco from finding parking to employees being helpful and the store being stocked along being clean. The lines get long but what Costco doesn’t, they always make it go fast anyways. Overall love this Costco

Costco is the best! No warehouse is better and they have the best customer service and return policy. Cant go wrong with the Kirkland brand.

Even when the lines are long they get you out fast. I found that Costco carries a lot of paleo and keto foods that other stores like Sams dont carry. My daughter has to have special foods with no artificial ingredients. Its very expensive everywhere but Costco. Thats if anyone carries the food at all (Sprouts does but the prices are very high). Thanks Costco!

Who doesn’t love Costco! They have a lot of great things as long as you want to buy in bulk. Costco’s Photo Center was a bit disappointing though. The services as of Valentines Day will only be available online through their website due to the in store center closing in San Dimas.

Love Costco but beware of the whole house AC system. Ours have broken repeatedly and the subcontractor will find any tiny thing to deny warranty. Costco won’t help it’s all up to the subcontractor.

I’ll give -5 star lol. This employee called erin is very rude and disrespectful . She should quit her job and work at a zoo or something Because clearly she doesn’t have enough brain cells to be working with people. The amount of brain cells she has is probably less than her height. It is truly sad to see a human being like her, whose intelligence perhaps stopped growing before her heights stopped growing.

This is one of the cleanest, friendliest, and least crowded of all the Costco stores in the San Gabriel valley. Best quality dog food at a reasonable price!!

My favorite Costco to go to. Staff are always friendly, they seem to enjoy their jobs... must have good management there. Their stock is better than other Costcos in the area, and of course the warehouse is very clean. My favorite part though is that their food court is INSIDE 🙌

Out of all of the Costco this my favorite and believe Ive been to a lot of them. Very clean and organized. I know all Costco are set up pretty much alike, but for some reason this one is just easier to shop at.

I go to this Costco more often than I should, but they always seem to have something I need. They have very friendly, helpful employees here as well.

I LOVE Costco!!! San Dimas location is quite helpful and has an outstanding return policy! Plus their prices are very competitive to sale prices elsewhere. Gas prices can’t be beat and if you are a Business member, you can get 4% back at the end of the year on gas and 2% for everything else! Yay Costco!

The family and I always have a great time here finding what we need as long as its a weekday. Weekends are a different story with the big crowds.

Costco remains basically the same: good physical distancing with hand sanitizers well distributed around the store. Some items are out of stock like paper towel, bathroom tissue, and disinfectant wipes. Looks like some people are into the hoarding mode again with the record-breaking number of new cases and deaths. Be safe

Not crazy about this Costco. They always run out of things and sometimes take days to replace them. Had to go to the San Dimas store (which I LOVE!!!) for Kirkland Vitamin Water. They had plenty.
