We where there to buy flowers because they usually have nice one and they are very fresh. The girl in that department was very helpful. I stop by almost all the time on my way to the Cemetery and I have a good experience.

Went to this Vaughns it was clean quiet and the workers were respectful honest and straightforward. Went to the deli was able to is able to order a sandwich that was made freshly in front of me with poy with poise and dignity you can tell that you can tell that the worker took pride in his job.

Went to McKinley Vons was disappointed on there flowers. Was going take to cemetery to my parents. Had to go to the one in Covina they had very fresh flowers to pick from. Thank U

They have these waffles they taste pretty goodother than that, ive gotten lost in here a couple times as a small childrens but its ok i made it backlastly there is ice cream, only issue with it is that when you eat said ice cream, it goes away and eventually you have no more ice creamanyways 9/10 grocery store

I must say, this was my first time visiting this location, and I had the best experience here! The store was well organized and clean! Very friendly and helpful service. My check out experience was fast and friendly. I would consider making an extra effort to return to this store even if it’s about 15 miles away from where I live. Matt my cashier was really great. He was very courteous and engaging making my experience a valued one.

Vons was nice, calm experience and was nice to do a quick little shop for groceries.

Deli employees need to change their gloves after handling non food items and switching to touching the food when making custom sandwiches.Seen employees pick up a sliced tomato, sliced cold cuts, sliced cheese, break up lettuce and bread without first changing their gloves. Not sanitary.

The employees are great no complaining there. It my peers, the other customers in there. Mainly older gentlemen and gentlewomen. And if I may say. Kevins and Karens. Im mexican and native american. The true American!! They never say excuse me, they look at me and my family with disgust. And they are always finding a way to bump into us. My wife is living with multiple severe mental Illnesses. And my daughter has autism. Next time we shop there. people are probably going to see me on tic toc, #schoolingakaren

Was able to get everything I needed. Employees all courteous and very helpful. I am elderly and going to the market early in the morning is not easy for me. Shelves were pretty well stocked. Was a good shopping experience. I love Vons.

I live in the area so its my go to grocery store! Everything is clean and they have a nice produce area! They have hot soups which save my life when Im in need of a quick meal for lunch! The staff is really nice and is always willing to help carry your stuff or walk you out if its late.. Marie is one of the checkers shes AMAZING! I love her she always remembers us and gives the kids stickers! They look for her now when we go.. great place to shop!

Via Verde Vons is a local neighborhood grocery store. I am grateful for the proximity to my home. Sometimes the goods mught not have the refresh rate as other stores with larger customer numbers. They succeed in keeping a broad variety stocked none-the-less.

Friendly clerks & easy access to store.

Clean store in a safe area with good customer service. That being said the store is medium sized; I can always find the brands I want but they dont always have a specific version of it. There is often only one check-stand open when I go in the afternoon. Although I think this Vons is in line with other Vons stores, the overall quality of the bakery and deli has declined over the years. Im happy enough with the selection and service to make this my go-to grocery store but I hope they can improve the quality of their deli meats—drop the Boars Head products.

Always great produce and employees make an effort to know you. Regardless if it isnt a family owned business, they go out of their way to to make you feel you are.

This rating is for the florist only.Good luck trying to get the florist - their schedules change every week and have random days off.I came on a Wednesday at 2pm, and no one was there. The Vons staff (e.g. cashier) were kind enough to help, but sometimes, we just need a florist.For all Vons, only roses are sold individually. All others are bouquet or sold in bunches.

Despite everything is going on the staff at this Vons in particular has been extremely helpful and havent seem to let anything get them down. Thank you guys so much

The staff never seems to be friendly. I ask the cashiers, How are you? And they either dont answer or they answer with attitude. Everyone seems to be in their own world and would rather not be bothered.

Its a good vons with a lot of things. Theres lots of parking in the front and a lot of fun seasonal displays out there as well. The people are quick and friendly and courteous. I have no trouble finding the item I needed and it didnt cost that much.

Good selection of produce, dairy, and alcoholic beverages. Prices can be high for staples. Its easy to get out of here quickly.

Not busy or crowded. Lots of parking space. Employees are very friendly. This Vons is small, but check out is quick and they have a large selection of produce and groceries.

Absolutely love this vons! Always get customers service, love the deli, so many good selections can always find everything I need. Produce is always fresh, parking is never a problem. Also have a atm inside. Lines are never to long, which I personally love!

I felt not welcome, when David L the supervisor, was ringing 2 other people before me he was very friendly and talked to them and when he got to me he stayed quite and serious after I greeted him, and when he got to the next person behind me he started with a happy greeting. I felt a bit hurt, this man is a racist he may have not say anything but his actions for me were very clear. Just to clarify anything I was with my family and when my family was paying for their own items with the same cashier same he did the same and didnt even look at us he just scanned and didnt talk to us not even to give us our change. This man is awful, I didnt like the service here and Ive been coming here for sometime now, but I have not met this man at all and he makes me think that a person of color doesnt feel welcome here. This store needs to have a talk to him about how he dies things here. Fyi all the clients he was friendly were white and he of what seems like Asian decent, should not treat me of Latin roots any less different.

Pretty cool place to go if you dont like crowds . In an area were the community is nice and secluded in a way also great walking trails right across the street so you can get warmed up before shopping .
