Have a project car that I had to use as a daily driver and MP auto was able to fix some much needed repairs on a classic 1970 chevy quickly with full transparency. Originally my wife reached out while I was deployed and they never down talked her and treated her professionally which for me won me over. Mr. Palos runs a great business and is a value to the people of the san fernando valley and automotive support industry. You will not find business more invested in customer satisfaction than MP auto.

My wifes 2013 Honda Accord was hit over a year ago and some guy rammed into the back of my 2009 Dodge Ram 8 months ago.We received exceptional service from Morgan and everyone at MP auto body & collision. Took my 2016 Acura ILX to be repaired at MP Auto Body after being rear-ended. The vehicle never got repaired, sat at the shop for 10 days until I decided to pick it up and take it to another body shop. Upon pick up on October 27, I noticed damage to my front custom license plate, frame, and bracket. The owner Morgan said he would take care of the cost to replace these parts. Now nearly a month after sending him all the receipts that I already came out of pocket for, still no payment!The icing on the cake would be the parking ticket I received in the mail that I knew nothing about. The ticket was given during the days while MP Auto Body had my car in their possession. When I picked up my car I was never told about a parking ticket, nor was the paper ticket anywhere to be found.Contacted Morgan and he promptly paid the parking citation. I dont like or appreciate these type of surprises, still awaiting payment on plate, frame and bracket.

Morgan Palos is very trustworthy and deserves your business. My name is Christian and I have personally taken 2 cars to him. 1 For auto body repair and paint, and another strictly for paint. First vehicle was a 2008 VW CC. I had moderate front bumper and diffuser damage and the insurance was quoting $1500 for a new bumper, $500 out of my pocket and a claim on my insurance. Morgan told me it could be repaired and he did for $450. Saved me not only money, but also a claim plus time. Finished in 3 days, even though insurance claimed it would be 1 week. Second car was a 2012 Camaro that was doing a bumper swap on. Going from factory v6 bumper to ZL1. Painted it to match and color sanded it. $525 out the door. Others asked for $750 and 5 days. Morgan delivered in 2. Very nice guy, he will work with you, and he knows what he is doing.
