If youre looking for a quality place to get your transmission work done, you should definitely consider this place. Its by word-of-mouth that we heard about this place and we were NOT disappointed. Joel and Mike took care of us and provided us with top-notch service, which included being patient with all our questions and giving us an excellent price on the work. The horror stories of other places are plenty and the safety our family is #1, which is why we ultimately decided to come here. These guys will get it done right. Stop by and ask for Joel or Mike. Theyll take care of you.

Took our Nissan Rogue to United after being recommended by a friend who also had a Nissan (Altima) with a bad CVT transmission. Nissan has had lawsuits recently over the failures of these transmission. Adolfo showed me the new pulleys he was going to put in including the expensive special oil these type of transmissions need. Got the car back and its as good as new! Thanks again! Highly recommend if you have a Nissan with a CVT!!

I was looking for a rebuilt transmission for my GM Truck and I found this spot and ended up paying $850 for a rebuilt 4L60-E transmission they had in stock and installed it myself to save money. Its been over a year and its still going strong so I decided to help them with a review since they helped me.

Brought my transmission here 2 months ago for a rebuilt. The owner took over a month to rebuilt it i took the bare transmission so i can save money on him removing it from my car. So after about 5 weeks the transmission gave out completly. i went to talk to the owner about his 3 month warranty and what do i get? Its not my problem i cant do anything about it thats the answer i got. Lost 800 dollars for trusting this shop. Should have taken it somewhere else. BBB complaint is next. Dont trust this guy with his warranties.

I just had the worst experience with this auto shop. Adolfo Sanchez, owner, rebuilt my transmission, took him a week, and charged me $1200 + tax. The day after I got my car back it continued with the jolting, weak engine and the water under the hood noise it had before he fixed it. I took the car back to him. Adolfo and Joel said they did not know what was wrong with the car that they assumed it was the transmission because it was a little bit burned, so they figured it was either failing or it was about fail. They admitted they rebuilt a transmission without knowing if it needed repair!!!! We were outrageous, but Adolfo promised that whatever the problem was he will fix it, at no extra charge. Trusting him was the worst mistake ever! Adolfo kept the car for two more weeks and did NOT fix it! When I demanded my money back he claimed I had not returned the key of a car he had loan me for two week (of course, due to his negligence) and said he will deduct $400 for a key. I filed a claim with Consumer affairs and the Bureau of automobile repair. I will also file a lawsuit in small claims. I tried to reason with Adolfo, given the fact that I expect a business owner to follow the motto the customer is always right but Adolfo did not let me talk, every time I asked a question, he loudly claimed I would not understand what he had done to the car. He raised his voice, he was arrogant, rude and disrespectful. This is the worst costumer service I have ever received.

United transmission charged $3150..to fix my transmission. They used old gasket that leak. The bolt that hold the engine to the transmission was striped and out one inch. internal filter was on the bottom of the transmission, not attached. Another auto repair shop charged me $550.00 to fix some of the problems got a $ 2600.00 judgement in Small Claims Court. What a nightmare
