Avenue Body Shop did great work on my CRV mirror! Noe (the owner), Joel and the rest of the staff were kind, funny and good people. Noe found a used part to reduce the cost of the repair and made sure he provided a good deal. I brought my CRV in end of day, they kept it for a few days to order the part / do the repairs and quickly called me to let me know it was ready for pickup. When I picked up my car, it was sparkling clean on the inside and out! It was truly a great experience.

They did a great job with my car after my neighbor hit it after me only owning it less than a month. Im always scared to leave my cars behind places, but they really dug into detail and got the job done very nicely. Looks like nothing happened at all to it. Ill definitely return, but hopefully I wont have to. That is, if my neighbor doesnt run into my car again...

Can’t begin to explain how great of an experience I had with these guys. Insurance wasn’t covering a dime for my accident.. Financially they were able to help me out a ton by offering by FAR the lowest out of pocket price (I got quotes from 8 other Bay Area body shops). Customer service wise… haven’t seen anything like it - Noe, Anna and Joel are extremely caring and walked me through every step of the process. All of this plus the fact they were able to get it done in 2 weeks while most other shops were estimating 4-5 weeks. Extremely grateful I found them. BAY AREA this is where to take your car if you want it done right without paying an arm and a leg!

I brought my 2014 BMW 228i to Avenue Auto after another driver scraped the drivers side door and back panel when trying to force a U-turn on a narrow street where my car was parked. Ive never had such a great customer experience other than with Avenue Body Shop. They made me feel like family and I really felt taken care of during a time that is pretty stressful when dealing with car repairs. Ive used them 3 times in the past 2 years for repairs, and the last time my car was involved in a hit and run accident and the car was not repairable. They gave me great advice on how to handle the claim, they were so communicative and reassuring on what next steps would be. Car repairs are never fun, but Avenue Body Shop does its best to make you feel like you matter and your car is valuable. Dont go anywhere else but here!

The best body shop hands down! I was rear ended on a Monday afternoon. I called Avenue Body Shop and they sent a tow truck to me and had my car towed to the shop. They helped me get a rental car even though the Enterprise was about to close. I was on my way home within 20 minutes of arriving to Avenue. I have been taking our cars to Noe and his family for at least 10 years. I send all my friends to them, so confident am I in their work and integrity. They do quick, flawless work, are completely honest, and always give you the best price they can. I just came home from their fixing our three year old BMW, as well as detailing it. It looks new. But they also take just as much effort with a 19 year old Honda Civic that I park on city streets and that gets the heck beat out of it by careless drivers. They keep that one from becoming a jalopy, and always at an affordable price, since I am paying out of pocket. My insurance company also finds them fair and scrupulous. Go there and be happy!

This body shop is awesome. Brought my golf in after a crash and Noe took care of everything and kept me updated the entire time. He spent time with me to sit down and explain everything and dealt with the insurance companies for me. They were quick, super friendly and easy to deal with. Had two other estimates done, this place did the job for less than either of those and the work they did was great. They took out some scratches that were not even part of the job for no extra cost. The guys at the front desk, Buddy and Bob, are nice guys and Armando the head painter there does a great job, looks like new.

Noe and his team are the best. Can’t give a better recommendation. They gave the best service and helped me out in so many ways when my car got broken into. He is quick, thoughtful, and quality of workmanship is prime.

I cant say enough wonderful things about these guys! My car was hit by a driver who didnt check his blind spot. This was my first time ever being involved in a collision so I was totally bewildered by the process, but they helped walk me through it every step of the way.
