My relative needed a part for his car. We called ahead so we wouldnt waste time. But they did have the part in stock. The guys up front are friendly and very intelligent and smart about automotive. This place is 1 of the last dismantle shops around. They have been in business a long time. Prices seem to be fair and for some parts they will work with you to make sure your happy. FYI this place sells used parts. Just needed to pass that info on. Overall I have no complaints about this place Im glad they are still open. Stop on by if your in need of a used part for your car you wont be disappointed. Thumbs up👌

Came in person looking for upper radiator support and possibly wheels for my 08 Civic. Didnt end up buying anything that day, but Rich (gentleman with glasses) was polite, knowledgeable and very honest about pricing. Dont mind if he picks up a phone call during ur conversation because they get alot of inquiries. Would absolutely come back in the future. Parking is a mild challenge.

Bought 4 dually steel wheels for my 2003 F350. guy sells me wheels for older non-metric pattern 1998 and below. i told him they wouldnt work as ive owned several of both generation but he swore they were correct. well the same day i brought them home i figured out they were not correct. later that week he said one got sold after we initially met. so i waited patiently for him to get a replacement over several weeks and our schedules were clashing as i drove for work. this employee lived in my same town and he did save me a drive by bringing them up. so i do appreciate that even though he sold me the wrong wheels. eventually right when i was out of town he HAD to get me the last wheel. he did do me a favor and drop it off at my cousins house. well it was from a 80s chevy! the hub size was not even correct. this was the worst experience ive had with an auto wrecker. i dont expect them to make it right but ill give them the opportunity. he complained saying i got too good of a deal on them... so used, rusty steel wheels for $50 a pop used or i could have bought new ones for $70 shipped each! I WAS TRYING TO SUPPORT A LOCAL BUSINESS but sometimes you learn the hard way.

Do not buy parts from these folks expecting service after the sale, or even much service at all. Bought parts online from ABC through Amazon & the parts are not as advertised, the bearing plate has to be adjusted according to encclosed directions. Thats not strap on ready. So I called these guys. Who after not listening to a word I said about my issue confirmed that the parts were supposed to o be strap on ready, and if they werent I should call Honda.... Then called me back to tell me they dont sell on Amazon.. so at first you thought I had purchased them from you and your answer was its your problem not ours, call youre dealership Then afterwards you discovered that I purchased them from Amazon so its the resellers responsibility. Either way its crappy service, false advertisement about the ease of installation and the guy who answers the phone might be a great technician or a wonderful human being but if he is so stressed out that he cant handle helping someone out over the phone without being a jerk then you might want to hire some more help..(and take the phone away from him) because it will be a cold day in Southern Florida before.I purchase another ABC autopart... From ANYWHERE
