Friendly, Helpful Service! Walked in to pick up balloons for New Years. In addition to 15 black gold and silver balloons they threw in free red ones from a canceled order. Staff was helpful and nice, we were in and out within minutes.

I am sorry to burst the balloon on this seemly highly rated company, but I have just had a terrible experience. On Friday, I searched and found this company. I tried to order on line, but got a website error. I tried to phone, and got a mailbox full error when I tried to leave a message. Their recorded message pointed to the website (didnt work), and gave an email address, which I used to ask someone to contact me. I didnt expect a call back, but got one, and a very nice person talked me through some options, took my credit card and took my order for a delivery to 4 children at a nearby SF address for the following day between 8-10AM. I was so pleased at that point, but told the person that if they wanted to stay in business they really needed to fix their issues. (They dont even have Yelp pointing to their website). The kids were excited.....BUT the balloons never turned up. No call, no message, nothing. Oh, but they did manage to charge me plenty on my credit card - they were quick off the mark on that one. So of course I tried to get in touch to no avail. I called but even after I told them their mailbox was full, it was still full on Saturday afternoon. I then emailed to ask someone to phone me back, but didnt get a call back. I called my credit card company and disputed the transaction, so they have done so, and I know that will be OK. It is now Monday at 4:50PM, and I have yet to hear from anyone at this company. Epic fail, 4 kids disappointed, customer service abysmal. Needless to say, I wouldnt recommend this company and Im very sorry I entrusted this simple order to them. Buyer beware.

I worked for her about 30 years ago, when she was still in SOMA, mainly as a delivery person, but also helping with large event set-up (the 1984 Democratic Convention and countless Grateful Dead shows immediately come to mind). Im happy to see shes still in business, and can only say she is uniquely San Francisco....committed to the highest quality service in the event decorating business. Highly recommended.

Great collection of balloons can be found here. I went here to look for specific Mylar ballons. I found all different sorts here. The owner (Erin) is really nice who went out of her way to provide more than i needed. They work till 3 PM so make sure to get there early to pick up balloons.

Told the lady i need it before 10 she said okay delivery window will be 9. I called since 9 Am till 10 and no one pick up. Diver show up at 10:40... I was no longer home to pick up. I hope this store go out of business soon
