Had a run in with a car on my bike during the week on the way home. It was rideable but the back rim was bent. Rode it to the shop around 5:30p and was instantly greeted by the only worker inside. Asked what was up and inspected. Told me I needed to replace the rim and he had some options. Picked a rim out and he told me he may be able to get it done that night if not by the next day. I get a call an hour later to pick it up. Overall an efficient, super quick experience and nothing to complain about. Will probably go back to here to get future things done.

Stopped by one Saturday afternoon to have a bike looked at. It has been sitting for years. Thought I was gonna be paying some money to get it road worthy. Mechanic, I think Moshe from other reviews, told me bikes fine. Just ride it!. Filled the tires, lubed the chain and he did replace my grips. Ive been riding since. We did talk about brake upgrades. So I will return to get that done! Thanks Moshe...🙏

My favorite bike shop. This place is small but mighty.I first came here to have a bike assembled a few years ago. They did a fantastic job, the price was fair, and service was fast.On a different bike, the crank came off yesterday so I stopped by today to have it fixed and my front derailleur adjusted. The guy in the shop said it was an easy fix and should be able to have it done by the end of the day or the next morning.I hit up the grocery store for a few items and, by the time I was done, he called to say it was fixed. I picked up the bike and was able to ride home. Huge plus. The staff here are *always* friendly. They always take time to explain whats going on. The service is fantastic. I will keep coming here for parts and fixes for the foreseeable future, for sure.

One of the WORST customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The person working in the store was one of the rudest people. I just purchased a bike and needed a bike lock and pump. I went into the store and after spending about 30 seconds looking over some items, the guy very rudely told me to leave the store with no explanation. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. To top it off, the owner doesn’t care about providing good customer service at all. If you look at the negative reviews you’ll see that they put forth no effort to apologize or better the stores reputation as other businesses do. Reference attachment. Don’t give them your business.

I keep coming back for repairs I cant do myself and purchases Id rather not make online. I am consistently met with informed and respectful opinions coupled with excellent repair work and service. They do a lot with the small space they have and the staff is always friendly.

Here again is another example of what happens when money overcomes quality every bicycle I walked into was about 400 up to $700 it wasnt really worth it. I didnt have the nerve to say it because I know I would have received backlash from the employee working there but most of the bikes that were in the shop are literally just stacked up with stickers and expensive name brand holsters for your items and the water bottle. the reason I take offense to such a shop like this is because this is one of the very few bicycle shops left in San Francisco and it exploits the people by making them pay a huge amount of money on bicycles that again in my mind are overpriced because the simple logic of selling them really expensive and working very little makes more sense than making more bikes affordable and having a work just a little bit harder maintenancing them and keeping them going for the community this is not a community shop at least if its trying to be I do not feel that it is $500 is a lot to ask especially when rent around the city ranges from 2000/3000 a month and even if you are a student like I am your rent can range from 6 to $1,200 which again recurring every month so the necessity for a bicycle shop selling bicycles for around 100 to $200 is mandatory! this shop again offends San franciscans like me on a budget because it does not offer any type of affordable equipment or bicycles at the establishment only overpriced name brand items that they are hoping to take advantage on the lack of education of their customers on their products

Thats what I get for doing my own repairs. A beautiful day to ride and on my way to the park I snapped the chain I improperly installed recently. Greasy and bleeding I found Everybody Bikes on Irving. Moshe stopped what he was doing and repaired my bike on the spot and salvaged a great cycling day for me.Thanks, Gary

Revised from a 5-star review I gave over a year ago: “Oh, you had this work done somewhere else? I won’t work on it.” Yeah, I took my bike elsewhere for a major overhaul; I had a recommendation from a friend and I got a deal. That provider left some little things I wanted tweaked. Instead, I was refused and sent on my way with nothing. So instead of their making a super loyal customer out of me by correcting another vendor’s mistakes, they made an enemy. Rather than their making anything off me—ever again—I fine-tuned it myself. And I will go to *any* other bike shop in SF from now on rather than give them another red cent.

Awesome local bike shop. super friendly and knowledgable! just stopped by yesterday to ask Moshe help me out with hands-on training on replacing a tube/fixing a flat. Ive taken classes at other spots in the city that tell and show, but dont have hands on.. I stopped by earlier in the week and asked if hed be ok with me coming in during the day to have him walk me through it with my bike.. He was totally open to it and I feel much more confident now that I know what to do. If youre looking for a new bike or service.. check these guys out. They rock*!*

My back brake snapped in half and everybody bikes was the only place that would fix my bmx... i asked if they can fix my brakes and add new tires... he said yes... came back when they called me when they finished... brakes are great but he refused to change the tires and he had it in hand in my face and wouldnt do it... i paid for my new brakes and left... 3 weeks later my bmx slipped at a gas station and i skidded on my face... mad that he wouldnt give me new tires that could have prevented that horrible crash... never went back! Anybody that gives them a 5 star is lying because I got treated bad, he was rude and made false promises on repairs and upgrades!!!
