I love Mount Valley Spring water and Alhambra is the only one that does delivery. Four months ago I ordered by first bottles of water. They suppose to pick up the empty bottles and I called over 45 times, sent over 116 emails and still the bottles are waiting to be picked up. The hold time is very long on the phone. Managers promise to call but they do not. Never had this kind of experience in this country before.

The following review may seem like a piece taken out of a comedy-tragedy playbook, but alas, it is a true story.We needed water delivery service to our office in Oakland, and thought that a name as big as Alhambra would be a safe choice to go with.Unfortunately, it was FAR from the case.The only way to stop service is by emailing them through their dedicated platform in order to start the cancellation process.Good luck everyone--its IMPOSSIBLE to get to a representative.We emailed and called over 10 times. Each call attempt was met with being on hold for 1.5-2 hours, followed with NOT getting to speak to a representative.Since we couldnt get ahold of anyone, we simply stopped paying the fees and they stopped service. Fast forward several months, they send our fees to collections due to our late return of equipment despite countless emails and attempts to reach Alhambra personnel to arrange equipment return.The collection agency proceeds to tell us that since the fees have gone to collections, we will need to return the equipment to a special address. As ridiculous as this is, we ask for the address and the collection agency says they will get back to us with the information.How crazy is it that we have to handle our cancellation and return service through a collections agency because Alhambra cant pick up the phone or send an email?Needless to say, we werent surprised in the least when we searched Alhambra Water on Yelp only see that all 4 local Alhambra locations have 1 Star ratings. Do yourselves a favor by listening to all these reviews and go with another--ANY OTHER--water service.

Just plain Awful. This company is unbelievable. Left Refresh because of horrible customer service and no call no shows. Came to Alhambra and its SO MUCH WORSE. They gave us the wrong cooler that we didnt want (thats more expensive) and they want to charge us for it. Hot water doesnt work. 3 weeks later, still no cooler even though weve had several deliveries scheduled. When we called management basically said OH Well. I had no idea water delivery could be done so horribly and unapologetically. Awful company. Awful service. Im going to buy a cooler so I can get deliveries from someone else.

This company has gone down the drain (literally) Ive been waiting on a water delivery for the past 3 weeks. Each time that a delivery date has been set, the water is not delivered, i look online and a new date appears and it still not delivered. Ive called to speak with customer service and they always have a system issue. I had to out source from an office supply company. If Alhambra is unable to handle the water demand, they should let customer know. its call customer service!!! common courtesy!!!

Weve had deliveries for more than 5 years, but since Covid, they have missed more than 20 deliveries. They call and say its coming and then it doesnt show up. I understand if they are short of staff, but how about keeping your word? Weve called to try and have the situation corrected and just get more of the same.

It seems like I would’ve had better luck finding a snow leopard in front of my house than getting the water delivered from Alhambra. I ordered my water and was told it would be delivered the following Thursday. It didn’t come, so I called and they told me Friday for sure. Well I didn’t come Friday so on Monday I hoped it would arrive. Of course it didn’t so I called again. They called the dispatch and then told me that it definitely will be delivered on Tuesday. Ditto that same story on Wednesday and still no water. I called to see what was going on and then to speak with a supervisor. I was on hold for so long that I was able to open account with one of their leading competitors. Never did I think I would be getting upset and losing my hair over water… lol Just tired of smelling chlorine. If I want to drink pool water I’ll go jump in one and start drinking.

My Cousin wrote a review yesterday. We were told to contact Alhambra via email as you can see from the previous review below. Its the end of the day, October 4th and we still have not heard from Alhambra. The bottles that supposed to be picked up four months ago are still outside. We talked to a manager names Lupes and other one and we never got a call back. Im hoping they will pick up the bottles tomorrow October 5th, although I doubt it as we have been trying for four months, called at least 20 hours worth of call and over 120 emails. We have never had such an experience with any company in the US or Europe or even Africa. We are shocked and we will give up as of tomorrow. We will pay for a recycling company to pick up the bottles. Its just not worth our time. This has been a very painful experience and not sure why they do this to other people

I started home delivery service and they completely missed my delivery. No call, text or email stating they could not deliver. The next day I called Customer Service (waited an hour on hold), only for them to finally tell me that its in route. Zero details on where the driver was or why my delivery was missed. No thanks. Unfortunately, the only other delivery service is Ready Refresh and they are equally terrible. Im not sure whats going on here but this is ridiculous.

Weve had problems with nearly every delivery since late 2019. Unfortunately, theres not another service in the bay area that reaches us.Many calls asking for deliveries to arrive during business hours and to be charged the correct amounts (fees seem to get tacked on randomly).If there was another service I could sign up for, I would. Avoid if at all possible.

Yes the water is great, however the service is horrible. They never follow delivery instructions and having a resolution with customer service is basically non existent. they dont respond to their emails or you are on hold for more than 30 minutes with no resolution;

I called at 7:21am to have my cooler picked up. I was told by a rep the delivery guy would be in the area since they also had a delivery. They usually deliver in the middle of the day. Well when I stepped outside I saw the water was already delivered but I followed the customer reps instruction to leave the cooler out front. It’s now 5:50pm and they haven’t picked up my cooler. I called customer service and they said the driver didn’t look at his phone so the next time he’s in the area is next Monday. The cooler is kinda heavy so it took me a while to drag it outside. Now I have to bring it back inside because the driver (which I don’t believe he didn’t look at his cell phone....) didn’t want to come back to pick up the cooler. Plus another issue is that I always have to describe in detail which cooler they either need to pick up or maintenance. Why does that matter? I have a pickup.... removing one cooler. So just bill me for two instead of 3. They all cost the same to lease.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Last month, they delivered a water dispenser that was missing a part. I called immediately to request a functioning water dispenser and they stated that they would exchange in 2 days. It has now been 3 weeks and 6 missed deliveries, with still no sight of a delivery truck. Even my regularly scheduled delivery date 2 days ago was missed. How are these guys still in business?

The Delivery driver is very accommodating to our office hours. Pandemic had forced us to close other days and the delivery driver takes extra effort to supply us with our needed distilled water and drinking water on the days we are open.

Sadly they do not have enough staff to do their deliveries. Cant even cancel service in a timely manner. We barely were delivered water, it was like having to beg for water so no thanks. They have scheduled and rescheduled to pick up the end of the water bottles and the water dispensor to no avail. It just keeps getting rescheduled and rescheduled with the same lies/excuses being said over and over again. Let me take care of that for you, they will for sure pick it up this time. We have spoken to a manager, called the driver, etc. It never, ever works. We have never received not even one phone call back, we cant even go and drop off the empty bottles and dispensor ourselves to finalize the cancelation on this account. We will never use this company again and I will be sure to let everyone I know, including the suppliers I work with.

This is undoubtedly the worst customer service experience Ive had with a business. I use that word in quotations because legitimate businesses dont operate this way. I cant speak to Alhambra Water as a whole in terms of their overall operations, but the San Francisco area is nothing more than a complete joke. Ill spare the internet the details of the repeated failures and incompetence, but suffice to say Im not the only one whos been treated poorly (just read literally ALL the other reviews). Avoid dealing with this farce of a company at the local level in SF if at all possible!

I should have read the reviews before making my purchase. I just started my account and already I’m having the same experience as others have previously stated. My ship date changed for no reason and I was not contacted to let me know of the change. I would’ve still be unaware had I not called and waited on hold for 20+ minutes to finally speak with a representative just to confirm the change for a reason unknown to her and oops sorry no one told you. Now I’m on hold again, currently 20 minutes and counting just to speak to a representative to cancel my service. Hopefully they do that correctly. I’ve read several horror stories.

I couldnt tell you what I think about their water because it never got delivered. From my experience they are a complete joke. I spent a week and a half calling every single day to find out where my FIRST order was and every time I got the same response it shows youre scheduled for a delivery today, but Ill escalate this and a supervisor will reach out to you to discuss. No one ever reached out, not even once. That or the Ive texted the driver to let them know to give you a call to confirm todays delivery...no call.I even got confirmation from a route manager that after a full week of being told the same lie that my delivery would for sure show up on 5/4 and surprise, no call, no show.The customer service was friendly but the follow through is nonexistent. If you actually want to someday drink the water you order do yourself a favor and go with another company.

The worst water delivery service I have ever used. They often miss deliveries without telling you, they do not follow instructions on where to deliver or how many bottles, etc. When I finally cancelled my service, in took them 3 weeks and SEVEN cancelled appointments before picking up the cooler and bottles. I have called customer service multiple times: they are kind and apologetic, but quite ineffective. Stay away from this company.

If 2020 was a water delivery service...this is the first online review I’ve ever written and I honestly don’t know where to start. This has single-handedly been the worst customer service experience I have ever had to endure. From receiving no service for 3 weeks as a new customer to being told lies by every rep I spoke to, Alhambra really does it all. If only they could be as transparent as the product they (attempt to) sell. For those living in the Bay Area, I strongly urge you to look into literally any other water delivery provider because these incompetent people clearly have no idea how to value their customers or run a business.

This water delivery service is entirely unreliable. I have experienced recurrent issues including skipped deliveries, wrong/incorrect items delivered, late deliveries, broken and damaged water bottles, dysfunctional cooler units, and above all, general apathy from their customer service team. Company changes routes at the last minute and I get no water. Even for Alhambra to make a special delivery because they skipped the regular delivery means that I am without water for days. Ill see if Nestle can do better with consistently delivering. As I have experienced Alhambra, Im just some guy paying high prices for bottle water and I feel nothing like I am a valued customer.

Terrible experience. Paid for water delivery service and only delivered one time. They pushed back/cancelled our delivery dates numerous times, promising it will be there tomorrow (over and over again) and well even throw in an extra bottle for the inconvenience, yet they NEVER came. A month passed by without delivery with multiple date changes. We finally told them to cancel it since they never show and as soon as we did, they literally showed up 2 days later to pick up their bottles. They sure were quick to want to get their glass bottles back, but have zero concern for customer service.

Terrible experience with Alhambra. The billing department often does not calculate water bottle deposit correctly. The reps on the phone promised for refund on incorrectly billing but were never able to make it until I made many follow up calls. The water delivery is hardly on schedule even with many reminder calls. I finally decided to cancel the service, and now an everlasting problem begins: nobody comes to pick up cooler and water bottles after I scheduled so many times with Alhambra and talked to the supervisor.

My moms store went out of business due to Covid on June 2020. I called to canceled the water. They continued to charge me 3 more consecutive months on auto paid. I have called in 5 times, to cancel her account and take us off auto pay. Every time they said they cant do anything about it, and will have the supervisor call me back Today I call again for the sixth time. the girl said all she can do is send another message to the manager to call me back. We all know thats not going to happen. I have to close out my account to prevent this troll company who feed on the helpless small business owners. I wish I have the option to put in no star.

Hello my name is Fatima Hernandez I just want to let you know the terrible service that you have last year I had water service with you and in November 2019 I canceled the water service and they charged me $ 40 to close my account and the irresponsible workers They never came to pick up the machine and the 3 jugs and until just last week I realized that they sold my account to a collection company, since the irresponsible workers they have never came for their things, my neighbor has the water service with you. And I do not think that the person cannot take the machine and the jugs until now that they sent me to collect. They come for them, they are ashamed as a company, thank you for your very poor service.

One star is too much for a company the has gotten too big and doesnt care.I manage a water club for large office with nearly 200 members who pay into a fund to finance water deliveries. Now, after nearly twenty years, I’m ready to say good by to Alhambra. I’m done with these people.Back in October we received a 50% unit price increase per bottle. I have to say, at $4.20 per bottle that was a good deal. But they raised the price to $6.20 per bottle. We are a high-volume customer averaging around 200 bottles a month, so a 50% increase is significant and we are getting screwed.Price increases have happened in the past because of a computer program that automatically raises the price after a certain period. As I have done before, I contacted my account manager for the San Francisco area, Kristin Thomas, to adjust the price. Normally this was done with one phone call. I tried contacting her by phone, many times, then by email. I spoke to her once about the situation and she never got back to me. After several attempts, and months later, with no response, I contacted the branch manager, Tim Ramos, and got the same thing… Dead air.When I did get in contact with Tim, he basically tried to brush me off saying the price increase is not negotiable and it was the cost of doing business. He was rude, condescending and seemingly uninterested in the situation, or the fact they we have been long time customers. I have never had such a horrible experience from any company. Not even the pretense of wanting to be helpful. He wanted to say no before I even asked the question. I hear it from the drivers, and some of the people I spoke to on the telephone, that these two are not the most attentive or customer service oriented people. Longevity and customer loyalty mean nothing.Needless to say, I am now in the market for a new vendor, whether it be more bottles, or perhaps a filtration system. Either way, the day is coming very soon when I tell Alhambra Water – “UP YOURS!!!”

Alhambra water company is a waste of time and money! This company’s customer service and protocols are very disappointing! I had the service for awhile and it wasn’t worth the payout. I tried to cancel in November and they drew the process out and charge me for water I never received. I spent months trying to be done with this company and it took 4 months and countless hours on the phone talking to people that never really helped. Needless to say I am disappointed with the service I received but I will not be recommending Alhambra water services to anyone because of this ordeal and I wouldn’t ever be a customer again! If I could only write good things about this company, then there would be no words in this review. This company has been the most frustrating, enraging company Ive ever done business with. Not only are they unreliable with deliveries, they never call you back no matter how many times you escalate the issue and ask for a manager. I was even double escalated — whatever that means — but nothing came of it: no calls, no emails, no delivery.The coolers are cheap and break every couple months and guess what? Mine has been broken for a month and Ive scheduled it to be swapped out 3 times, even changing my schedule around to accommodate for their all-day delivery windows, but no one ever shows up.They also missed my last three water deliveries, which we were counting on for Thanksgiving. So my week was like this: Monday was the original date but they didnt show, they said Id get it Tuesday (no show), then Wednesday (no show), but somehow I still get charged for it?!?! Im at the point where Ill be cancelling my service with them, but who knows if theyll even pickup the equipment. I highly HIGHLY recommend that no one does business with this company ever.

This company has to be the worst company around. Customer service lacks, well customer service. They have skipped our delivery but they have delivered water in the same building, how does that even work?. We have been with them for years but it is time to move on to a different company, they seriously need to get their business values up, unfortunately they are a money hungry corporation that does not care about their customers. There is no apology from any associate and or manager. We are still waiting for our delivery, and we have the empty bottles outside for them to pick them up.

I wish I could give minus 5 start for this absolutely ridiculous bottled water company who cant even supply you with a cooler when you open account with them. The customer service of this company is below zero. They would tell you that they call or email you with an update but never do. And at least offer some compensation to customers who are waiting more than a month to get a cooler and your water service, but nope theyd rather lose a customer. Cant wait to close all four accounts with them! Dont waste your time to try them out!

Worst customer service.. I have made several calls toto let them know that our water bottles are being delivered to wrong unit/door. Nothing has been done since. Me and my husband have both shoulder injuries and it’s difficult for us to be carrying these water bottles from the other side. I don’t get it why a simple instructions can’t be inputted in our account.

I have been with them for over 20 years and the service is just not there anymore. I gave them access to the bldg so they can drop the bottles inside (not outside where it can be stolen - yes, it has happened). They said they will be they dont anymore. The drivers are not bothering to call if they will be delayed. Many times they just dont show up. I have no choice but to cancel my relationship with them and find a company . Do something.. hire someone responsible, or even your boss doesnt know how to handle business. Alhambra (aka DS Services) lost a 20-year account after missing 2 months of water delivery service with no response from customer service.For 19 years, delivery was consistent and service was great. Our route driver came on time and left bottles outside if the business was closed.In 2019 things quickly went downhill - the drivers were changing constantly and multiple deliveries were missed and then customer service was unreachable. Sent one email - no response. Then another email about another missed delivery - got a delayed response saying they would forwarding the issue to the route manager but never heard back after that.After going 2 months without water service we canceled the service and requested removal of the rented equipment and remaining bottles. In the middle of the account cancellation an Alhambra driver finally did show up and he was taking pictures of all the route issues in the East Bay region. Apparently we werent the only ones going without water delivery service as the driver showed dozens of pics of breakrooms across various businesses / offices with empty water dispensers.If customer service just told us we werent alone in the delivery issues we probably wouldve been more understanding and continued the service. Instead, we never heard back and ultimately went to Nestle Waters and are pleased with the new service. The website is much easier to use and scheduling water delivery dates and getting email reminders is much better than Alhambra / DS Services.

Worst customer service ever. I called them for replacement of water cooler on Friday and they said it will be replaced on Monday. No one show up on Monday, I called again on Tuesday and they said it is scheduled for today. No one showed up on Tuesday. I keep calling every day for next two week and and same answer. ITS SCHEDULED FOR TODAY. Finally they delivered broken one (Hot water dispenser not working).I am so upset and called again for replacement and same problem. It is scheduled for today. Still waiting for that cooler to come and after two weeks and bunch of lies form support staff, I still dont have working water cooler.So sick of them.

Never give these people your credit card number. Fraudulent and excessive billing, erratic deliveries and ineffective (although very courteous) staff make this company a real pain to deal with. After years of trying to get just the order we asked for once per month, and instead getting bottles piled up every two weeks and being charged incorrectly, I finally gave up and cancelled the service. 3 months later I am still getting billed for water that was not delivered, we were forced to block the credit card to keep charges from mounting.

I was charged for bottles I didnt received. I made at least 30 calls over 6 months to customer service. The call center operators didnt have the authority to take the fraudulent charges off my account. They just kept telling me they would escalate the case, first to the drive, then the drivers manager, then the regional manager, on and on until finally they told me my case would be escalated to the President. Each time I was told I would receive a call from the person within 48 hours. I never once got a call in 6 months. Their customer service imo is fraudulent. A scam. Anyway, after awhile I didnt pay the bill for the fraudulent charges, and they reported me to a credit bureau. I told them the charges were fraudulent and the credit bureau put me down as refusing to pay and put the non payment on my credit report as an unpaid collection, which I am still trying to get removed. Dont do business with this company under any circumstances. If you have a billing problem they have no way to resolve it.

Embarrassing. Ive tried to get my company to switch from them, and after their constant failure to process checks promptly, I think Ill succeed. They do not date their invoices sent to your organization, probably to hide the fact that they send it a few days before late fees will be applied to the check you cannot possibly provide them in a timely fashion. Customer Service contacts are very nice but unfortunately they dont seem to have any impact on the actual delivery drivers / local distribution station. While the original driver who delivered our cooler and first two bottles arrived on time, our next scheduled delivery has not gone well. They shifted our schedule from Thursdays to Fridays, then said they delivered on Thursday (they did not), then cancelled our Friday delivery (because the driver fraudulently said he delivered to us on Thursday) and now we are two weeks our from our scheduled delivery which, to be honest, I dont have high hopes of receiving. Not sure what the issue is here, as we had Sparkletts in Southern California and we never had any issues.Update 05/17: Alhambra responded and delivered our bottles today. Upgraded the review to 3 stars and will see how the next several scheduled delivery dates go.Update 06/15: Weve had two scheduled deliveries since the last update - the first one, we were missed on our scheduled day, called, and they came the next day. Our second one was delivered as scheduled.

BEWARE Of ALHAMBRA – SCAMMERSI am a very patient and forgiving guy, but Alhambra Water has pushed me over my limits and so I am writing a review.I had a service from Alhambra and they promised to give me bottles and a rack. Very first visit Driver didn’t come and next day he was late (no communication about the same was provided). The rack was delivered to me after 2-3 months. (I constantly reminded the driver and called customer service multiple times.) Well then I was moving to new address and I decided to skip the service for some time. Lot happened in my personal life after I moved to new address and I skipped some months. (I logged in Alhambra website as they had an option of skipping some months and skipped my service- I also have email confirmation for same). One fine day I get a call from collection department and they said I own them x amount of money. I said this is not correct as I had no money due and I skipped for some months so no water was delivered. I called Alhambra and they said we have given your file to collection, on asking for information they mentioned we can’t access your account anymore and I need to deal with third party collection department. I called third party collection department and they mentioned I am being charged for the bottles and rack I have and some interest on it. I was shocked as I never cancelled my service, why would Alhambra give my account for collection. There was no communication ( via mail or email from Alhambra). When I tried to explain the collection company they told me give money or else we are reporting you to credit bureau. I am forced to pay them money so that I can safeguard my credit. I told them this is BS and dictatorship. Well only thing I got back from Alhambra customer service and third party collection department is – “We apologies for the inconvenience caused.”

I am writing this review as I cancel our water service that we have had in my office for 2 years. I have had a combined 3 weeks of delayed deliveries in the past 6 months and it is simply not worth the inconvenience of having to call and inquire about past due deliveries. Never using Alhambra/DS Services for water again.

We havent received water in months, they refuse to pick up bottles or water stand, and now they are trying to add on extra charges. We have been on the phone for hours and hours trying to sort this out and nothing has been solved. Not cool.

I opened my very first water delivery for my job on 1/4/2019 with Alhambra, however the customer service ladies are very helpful.But as far as their deliver driver they are another story and I could not even get a phone call from the drive when my order was coming. However I called them today to cancelled the order all together and finding another water deliver company for my company.

Customer service in horrible. I have not been getting my regular delivery for 2 months, no phone call or follow up of any sort to explain why. When I called I was on the phone with a snappy representative who was not interested in resolving anything. I ended up terminating the call.

Dont ever use Alhambra. They just send a $0.40 bill to the collection. The time and resources they spent to do that must be more than the 40 cents. Hey Alhambra, are you that much in need of 40 cents that you have to send it to the collection? Cant you wait for the next billing cycle? I canceled my account, and I will make sure to post this review on as many review sites as possible. This company deserves to go bankrupt.

Bad bad company. I got the water dispenser of Alhambra thru costco and its supposed to be 2 dolars a month to rent the machine and 6 dollars for 4 bottles of water . But they end up charging more money, and so i stopped asking for bottles and the bill was high and so i called many times for them to come and pick up the water dispenser and they never came to pick it up, and last thing i know they sent me to collection.

Have no business delivering water nor doing anything that requires customer service. They wouldnt know one even if it hits them in the face.They dont even deserve 1/4 star as far as I am concerned. Install a water filtration system in your home to avoid having to talk, see or have anything to do with them.

Their accounting department is a joke. They constantly pick up the bottles and DONT offset the cost of the bottles in the invoice! $6 deposit for each empty bottle, they just prefer to ignore. I worked with them less than a year, they changed delivery people 3 times, they miscount the bottles all the time and the accounting is overcharging!

If I could leave zero stars i would. Who ever they contract with has an ABYSMAL delivery setup. I have called dozens of times about no shows, wrong deliveries, broken coolers. They NEVER come when they say they are going to. Its a hassle and Im switching to a nother company

Man what a scam. 000000 friggin stars. This company is a disaster. If it were on fire they wouldnt even have water to put it out.I signed up through Costco no less thrown 3 months ago. I got one delivery the first week, second delivery two weeks later then nothing the next month and so far the third month they have had to reschedule the drop off from this past Friday to today, Monday and of course they didnt show up today. Cancelling service first thing tomorrow. Honestly I shouldve looked up the company history but I didnt think it was something that warranted a background check to get water deliver. Its astonishing that a company could screw up this much. Deliver water. Pick up empties. Yet they cant do either. Ill also be contacting Costco and letting them have an earfull for allowing these peddlers even into the store. They should be ashamed.

After struggling with non-delivery at Cetera I canceled, three days later they left they left three bottles on the doorstep. First of all, i would like to say that the guy who delivers our water is friendly, professional and our delivery is timely. My main beef is with their billing and accounting system and general customer service. Multiple times I have processed payment online, only to discover weeks later that the payment never went through. I took screen shots, printed the Payment Successfully Sent page, and still got charged with late fees. I spent an hour on the phone with customer service trying to sort this out - all over a $20ish bill. They are WAY more trouble than they are worth. I will be cancelling my account with them and hopefully not have any issues like other people have mentioned.

Unprofessional, irresponsible, Awful!!! And im not talking about the drivers im talking about the managment overseeing the drivers schedule and the customer service policies. Dont waste your time or money! I wish I had read all the reviews ahead of time before getting into this mess because they are all 100% accurate. If i could rate them a 0 i would. I dont even understand how they could possibly be in business. Ive had their service for well over 2 months now and each delivery has been a nightmare to schedule with the result being a delivery when they feel like it up to 2 weeks late and sometimes they deliver the wrong water product and leave it up to you to go through the delivery schedule process for them to fix their own mistake. There is no one to file a complaint with. There is no supervisor to talk to. It is awful!!!! Spare yourself the headache!!! I am canceling my service this month after hoping that things will straighten out but its not. On a side note the drivers are super friendly and helpful which is why I have given them benefit of the doubt but its getting beyond rediculous. They really need new management and to get their act together....

Horrible, I called in December to let them know that I was closing my business. Called them again a week before Jan 25th to remind them to pick up empty bottles and hot/cold water machine on January 25th. 6 days before I move out. The driver only delivers picks up on Wednesday and the 25th is the last Wednesday in January.The equipment is still outside the suite door and today is Jan. 26th., my last day is the 31st Alhambra.I just called Alhambra and now they said to leave everything out Monday night for pick up on Tuesday morning. I shall do that. I will post another comment after the 31st.For now they have 1 star from me.

They should get negative stars. Worst ever, and I have had some bad customer service experiences. multiple missed deliveries, spending hours on the phone with customer service with no resolution. I just called them and was on hold for 54 mins, in which the line disconnected... I called back, and am on hold again.. which will prob be for another hour, that will be 2 hours of my time...I need to call because Im canceling my service...and you cant do that online...People, save your time and money, this company is the worst, horrible business practices, liars and cheaters. Im seriously thinking of a class action lawsuit, as I found they have cheated a lot of customers...

These people are totally unprofessional theyve been charging us for service but not delivering water they never give us cups unless we ask and when we do ask for cups they still manage to muck it up I call customer services and am on hold for an hour and told that i would receive a call from a regional manager who never called Im thinking about filing a class action against them
