Really bad experience. I completely don’t recommend!They sold me tire with insurance and everything, prices were really high.After 2 weeks one of my tire was damaged and called them to make appointment and ask tire availability, they said it’s gonna be available in 3 days. I went to Firestone after 4 days, they had a tire but covered Nothing !!!! I said okay ! After couple weeks i got flat tire. And again i went to them. And there was a guy who talked with me before and he recognized me and “sorry we don’t have appointments next one is gonna be after 2 days. I told him i had a flat tire just a nail. I drove with this tire with low pressure as much as i can. They said no !Thanks for your service!DO NOT TRUST THEM !

Made an appointment online, the confirmation email clearly stated that they would only call if the appointment WAS NOT confirmed. I show up and they said they’re too busy to call people back and let them know if their appointment wasn’t confirmed. Refused to work me in to simply patch a tire even though I had made an appointment well in advance.

If you need an oil change definitely dont come here if its after 5:00pm. Although theyre closing hours are 6:00 ( as advertised) I arrived here at 5:15 and the gentleman refused to do an oil change for me. Although there was no cars in any of the stalls he said there was still a lot of work to be done and he sent his whole crew home before closing?

So I had some brake issues and needed a shop that could accept my car on a Sunday. There were not too many options for a Sunday drop off in the Bay Area. However, Firestone appeared to be open to check out my car on a Sunday. Milton, the representative I dealt with at the store, not only let me drop the car off on Sunday, but he worked with his team to fix the issues on Sunday. He even stayed a couple minutes late to allow me to pickup the car from his store that same day all while maintaining good communication. If that’s not good customer service I don’t know what is.

Dont bother trying to call for an appointment. The shop reservation system is separate from whatever system the scheduling person on the phone is using. Wasted my morning getting up early for an appointment that didnt exist.

Lifetime Firestone customer - never experienced such a lack of professionalism and care for the customer at any other of the 15+ locations I have visited.Took my car there for a wheel alignment, tire rotation, and general check over. I have the lifetime alignment service, and a coupon for the rotation + “health check” for $9.99 and experienced the following challenges:1) Had to make an appointment more than 10days in advance because they were backed up.2) Brought the car in at 10am for a 1030am appointment, was thanked for my promptness and promised the car back before 5pm so that I could get to work. It wasn’t ready until 6:15pm - for an alignment, tire rotation, and safety check.3) Got a call from the service advisor letting me know that they wouldn’t be doing a tire rotation because “all the tires measured the same”. When I explained that these tires had about 8,000 miles of wear on them, and that they hadn’t been rotated since new and that the service manual recommends a rotation every 7,500 miles. The service advisor pushed back saying “the manual only makes general recommendations, I am telling you what your car actually needs”. Needless to say - I insisted they rotate the tires.4) I walked out the door with recommendations for $800 worth of worth that needs to be done to the vehicle, including: a) an oil change (performed one last week, there’s a sticker in the window); b) a new AC belt as the current one is cracking (replaced myself 1 year ago - looks fine); c) new rear brakes - and they always recommend doing the pads AND the rotors “to be extra safe” (I replaced the rear pads 6mons / 5,000 miles ago...)5) When the technician brought the keys back into the office and handed them to the service advisor, I asked “Hey! How’d she do??” The tech simply responded - “pretty sure that’s his job to tell you that, bro” motioning to the service advisor before walking out the door... and he wasn’t wearing a mask.6) Finally, got back in the car and it was a mess (see picture). There was grease, and thumb prints, and a water bottle that wasn’t mine on the floor. Oh - did I mention that the mechanic wasn’t wearing a mask? Come on - we are in a global f**ing pandemic!At least I got an alignment and I watched them rotate the tires... beyond that - steer clear!

Disappointed mostly. I bought tires from Firestone before and had a pleasant experience. This time was a very different experience. 7 am Tuesday September 8th. I call and made an appointment two days earlier to replace 2 tires. They said that they opened at 7 and I waited until 7:30 for someone to show up. When I made the appointment they said they would order the tires and that they would be done by noon. When they finally showed up it turns out they did not order the tires and that maybe they could get the work done today. The person in the office was extremely rude, could care less what was promised, and indicated that he had plenty of business. I took this to mean he could care less whether I bought the tires or not. I decided not to go forward with the work and took my car elsewhere. I am a pretty easy going person, but I do want to be treated with respect. I would have been fine with a maybe we can get this done on Tuesday from the outset. I actually felt verbally attacked by the counter person. Live and learn.

Unprofessional. Not Recommended. Awful Manager Roberto Gomez, seems sweet but BEWARE. His mechanics left long-nose pliers in my engine after changing a headlight. It blocked my cooling fan, overheated my radiator and broke it. On top of being extremely dangerous to drive like this, I immediately called Firestone back when my check engine light came on the next day saying I just had my vehicle in there for maintenance. They told me to go to one of the other auto shops who would do a computer reading for free. That person told me I needed a mechanic. By the time I got to an available mechanic, my engine was in smoke. Radiator fluid boiling. 400$ mistake.THE FUN PART: I came back and told Roberto what happened with the invoice from the competent mechanic. He tried to put on this entire show; and heres where the mechanic who worked on your cars tools are.. see no pliers that match those ones..As soon as the mechanic stepped onto the property he admitted that the long-nose pliers found in my cooling fan belonged to the shop.I took out my phone to make a phone call however Roberto extremely rudely started yelling at me about trying to record on private property without his consent. That this is illegal and that I should be expecting an email from Firestone. Im sure he never got my email anyway. I took no such recording permission granted or not.How unprofessional and out of line.

I walked into store and was waiting forever before someone helped me. His name was robert. I was asking questions about tires and a few times wasnt even able to finish the question when he either told me to hold on while he got on his cell phone or would yell to one of the other workers. Then after 20 minutes of him not listening to my questions, I asked if there was someone else I could talk to. He got very rude and told me to go somewhere else so I did and I had my 4 brand new tires purchased within 20 minutes and picked car up later the same day and quite happy. I refuse to go to Firestone again

Worst service ever!!!Robert, the store manager, is absolutely awful- rude, confrontational and clearly bitter. I towed my car there after getting a flat late last night, then called this morning. He told me my car wasn’t in the parking lot and, if I wanted him to double check, I would need to wait 5 minutes. He never came back. Called back and he said I needed to come down and sign papers, so I took a Lyft and when I got there waited 10 minutes and he never acknowledged me while he was on a call. I asked someone in the back if they could help me because my Lyft was waiting. Robert then yelled at me and when I asked why, he said I was yelling at his crew which I was definitely not. He proceeded to tell me they don’t have my tire, never offered to order it and told me my option was to tow it to somewhere else for repairs. I asked if I could buy the tire and change it myself and he said I couldn’t change it there in the parking lot and, that he would only accept cash for a tire. I walked around SF looking for an ATM only to not buy a tire since I couldn’t change it there anyhow. In a situation that felt chaotic and challenging as the consumer, he was an absolute and total jerk that lacked any customer service or empathy. I towed my car half a block to Big-O and they are getting me a new tire now. I will never ever use a Firestone again.Firestone corporate, look at all the reviews that mention this manager and do something about it. He is not doing a good job- clearly not cut out for customer service!

Scandalous and untrustworthy, my truck was just inspected by a mechanic and then passed emissions this last week.I went in to this location and got my oil changed a few days ago . My oil light is now on after the oil change and they claim no responsibility. The slimy mechanic tried to tell me my engine was blown, which it is not. They saw my blonde hair and thought I was dumb and that they could rip me off. Never go here., they are shady and can’t even change your oil correctly.

I took my car today for oil change at the Firestone located on Mission & 11th Streets today. A few hours later, I got a phone call from customer service telling me that I needed new tires and alignment. I told him that I got all four new tires this year (last March) there at the same store, that how come I need new tires again? He said my car was ready for pickup.When I pick up my car, I noticed the front license plate dangling from one screw and the other was missing. I said to the customer representative the car was not like that when I dropped it off. Another customer rep who was there said that was not his fault, that I had my car like that, and that was not their problem. I said that was not the case, because I would have noticed the front plate dangling before dropping off the car. This customer rep went insane and asked the other one to take pictures of my car. He said raising his voice that my bumper was all messed up, the screw was rusted (this is true) and that he would not have a car in such state. He said that not even his mother or his wife would have a car like that. He looked to the ceiling with hands in praying position and said he was honest. I almost did not believe my eyes and ears. I said he was completely rude, that they lost my business and I was going to report his rude behavior.My license plate is bent and the screw is rusted, this much is true. The car is dirty because I got back from a backpacking trip on Sunday and I have not cleaned it yet. But that does not mean my bumper is messed up or that the license plate was dangling before I dropped off my car. The Firestone customer rep behavior was unacceptable. He tried to intimidate me, but I do not tolerate injustice. After this incident, I read the reviews at the Firestone website and noticed this has happened before and many people have reported the abusive behavior of the staff there. Please do service your car somewhere else, we must not accept rude behavior from anyone and much less from a service we are paying.

This is my first rating of a Firestone Shop. I usually go to the one near my house for tires and other auto needs, but since this one was on my route, I decided to give it a try.What can I say?The front office was closed even though it was 7:00 a.m. I asked one of the mechanics when the office would open; he didnt know, simply shrugging his shoulders, mumbling something to the effect that the office staff was in the bathroom.Patiently, I decided to wait in my car for the office to open.About 10 minutes pass by; I see a man unlocking the door and leaving the office.As he leaves, I see him gesturing with his hands for me to move. I roll down my window; he tells me I need to move my car. (I was apparently parked in front of his vehicle. ) I ask whether he was a staff member; he reluctantly says, Yes, with a look suggesting that I was inconveniencing him. I ask how long would it take to get an oil change; he says at least two hours.Please keep in mind that I am the first customer of the day.He says that the mechanics have cars on the rack that they need to finish.Please keep in mind that there are other racks that are not being used.I say thank you out of courtesy and proceed to move my car as he goes into his car.I have a number of places in SF to get an oil change, places that want my service. I dont need to go to a place that doesnt know how to manage its time or resources well.Truly a disappointment, Firestone; Ive see you do much better.

Today I patronized this place Firestone and got a set of four new tires. It was a great deal there was a sale going on and I was extremely happy about it and got some quality tires. The gentleman there Roberto was top-flight in his customer service handled everything very professionally they were extremely friendly and I will be returning for future service with this company. I cant say enough about the customer service about the information they provided about explaining things to me in a way I could understand sings Im not an automotive person LOL. They were informative helpful courteous and respectful. Roberto I cannot say thank you enough I felt confident and driving away with my new purchase and my tires roll great! I called 3 times and each time asked if my large vehicle would fit in their garage, and 3 times they said yes. I drove my big truck downtown with brake issues, only for them to immediately tell me that it was too big. Then I had to drive it back across town where I lost my parking spot, and remain in the vehicle double parked for hours. They cost me my entire day and didnt even fix the simple issue. Completely unprofessional business

Be aware of these scammers! They recommended me brake replacement for around $500. Little did they know that I got the brakes checked few months back and they had about half life left in them. Just to be sure, I check my brakes again at my dealer and yup all of them have more than have half life left in them. Cant imagine how many innocent folks this scammers must take advantage of. Bring your business elsewhere and let this place burn to the ground.

I had two flat tires 6pm on a Saturday night and now where near a shop let alone a gas/service station. I have AAA and got towed here to Firestone Tires on the corner of Mission and 11th by recommendation of the tow truck driver. Parked the car overnight to return Sunday for service. On top of the two flats we lost our only key overnight! Omg fml lol but the manager named Abdul, at Firestone was extremely nice, accommodating, and understanding for us and our problems. Sad to say after a necessary cal to a locksmith and $500 later I was unable to afford the tires. Even knowing that, Abdul didn’t change his wonderful attitude. Thank you very much. I highly recommend coming down to Firestone for tires need and Abdul will take great care of you.

I took my work truck to change oil, new brakes, and rotated the tires I did appointment with 1 week early for this day i got there at 7am the sales person make all paperwork and I left around 7:10 am i comeback at 2:10pm because I didn’t receive any call so far from firestone desk and when i ask about if the truck it’s ready,he told me your truck it’s next. i said I don’t have time to wait another 7 hours for oil tires and brakes,he didn’t even ask me if i want to reschedule for another day poor service

I had a really great experience 2 yrs ago when i took the toyota senna van in for an oil change. very attentive, and exceptionally honest [i always have concerns whenever i go to any auto service/repair garage.]i was informed of work that needed to be done and no pressure what-so-ever to have them do it.i was totally pleased and very impressed and have recommended this location to friends and others.

Got rear brakes, tires and alignment. had an appointment and they got started right away. they did it all much faster than i thought they would. prices were decent. chatted with the guys that work there. they were all pretty cool. new firestone destination tires are very quiet and have great traction.

Today I got a flat tire on the freeway (a pothole on the freeway? Welcome to the bay area), thank goodness I had run flats. I called several places and their service centers werent open and they recommended Firestone. I called, they had my tire size on hand, and they informed me that if I go there I may have to wait. I said it didnt matter and that Id be there in 5 min. When I got there, they helped me, looked at my car, and they were able to squeeze me in right then and there. It took about an hour, when they estimated 2 hours. Thank you!!!

Believe the low ratings. I scheduled with them because they were listed as a partner with the company I bought my tires from. So I go to schedule an appointment and am sent to an online scheduled. I make a request and a day later receive an email confirmation. All is well, right? Wrong. I show up the day of the appointment and am told that they needed me to Call them or they don’t schedule it. What is the point of the online system then????? The manager makes no effort to fit me into the schedule. Their prices are average so the choice is clear: you can do better than these idiots

Tech didnt properly seat my intake filter and I found it tens of miles later later rattling around completely disconnected under the hood. Two of the tires I bought started cracking after less than a thousand, how long were they on the shelf I wonder? I normally have low expectations from automotive repair shops, but this is an astronomical failure. Seriously, this is the best you can do?

This place is a f***ing joke, while on a road trip to CA i got a nail in my tire and was forced to come here because of my Bridgestone card . It took the staff hounding the mechanics to get on my truck after an hour of waiting to repair a nail in my tire. The mechanic was so scatter brained that he rammed their garage door with my luggage bag on roof of my truck. I also had to lower my own spare because the mechanic walked off after i showed him where the drop down was. The building is disgusting, the restrooms were horrid, i had my wife and kids hold it till we left. Phones were going off the hook and no one answering. We have now been here 1 1/2 hrs for a nail in the tire and no other cars being worked on. Total time to patch two tires...3 hrs!!!! and they chipped both custom powder coated 20 wheels!
