Symphony Audio is the best. Im writing this because of the bad review below. They have always been extremely helpful and trustworthy. They know what they are doing and can produce hi end solutions. I will be bringing them my business again soon.

This place is top notch. This is my 3rd installation in a German sports car. They are first rate professional craftsmen with results that appear factory installed. Equipment performs well and lasts. Hatch is a true gentleman. Location and drive-thru are extremely convenient. Highly recommended.

These guys are amazing. I spent over $5K having a custom system installed in a Maserati by another shop. I had nothing but problems from day one and the system never sounded right. After bringing it back to the other dealer several times, I gave up in frustration and booked an appointment with Chris and Audio Symphony. These guys were open and honest and felt comfortable they could make things right for me.They talked me through everything they did and in less than 3 hours time, they had this system working right and sounding amazing. A huge difference as a lifelong Audiofile! Cant believe it is the same system and what I expected when I paid this kind of money. They could have up-sold me on additional equipment, but instead convinced me what I had was right while still offering options. I highly recommend these guys, they are VERY knowledgeable in complex systems and more importantly straight forward and honest. Go here first and you will not be sorry.

Steven was very helpful and courteous. Showed genuine concern for my experience with the product when I brought in my broken headphones.

Horrible Customer Service from a Snake Oil Salesman. Walked into this store from a referral for a particular home system AMP that I wanted to test out and see other comparable devices. The home expert guy that sits upstairs literally wasted 25 mins of my time before finally quoting me a price on the device. Most of the time, he was antagonizing and wouldnt answer the question. It was very direct, how much does this amp cost... Before I quoted the model number, I asked about comparable systems from the same manufacturer. His quoted price was $2,000 to $3,000 for what I was looking for, but he would not commit. Once he knew the model number, he refused to tell me the differences for the top of the line cadillac model (which I do not want or need) and the models he had previously stated were $2-$3K. I finally had to walk out, WALK EXACTLY 50 YARDS, to the Audio Vision at 1628 California and actually was provided customer service. Audio Symphony reminds me of those old shady speaker stores on Market Street that sell stolen a/v equipment and Levis jeans. Will NEVER try and go here again.

Added an audio jack to a Lexus, nice switch on the dash to swap between the CD changer and the aux input. $250, 2 hours later it was done. Nice job, Im considering a home cinema installation with them now.

I went in to get a Pioneer 8100NEX installed in my 2011 STi. Do not come here. I did all the research, talked to them, got an estimate. Brought in all the parts needed and showed them what I had, which is what they needed for the install per their own computer system. I come in for pickup after install and they made me actually pay WAY more than my estimate. The guys reasoning? His partner gave me a too good of a quote, so we need to make money. So they not only charged me for phantom parts needed for install, they also significantly increased labor cost!! Second, they damaged the center console (scratched off paint) and when asked about it he said it was always there. LOL yeah, ok, I wouldve noticed because its huge and dead center in plain sight. He showed me a picture of it scratched on his phone, and I said yeah but you just took it after you damaged it! Straight up LIED to my face instead of apologizing. The scratch is absolutely from an interior trim puller except they did it on the wrong side of the console. So instead of reading how to pull the center console cosmetic cover off properly, he clearly winged it. Third they half assed the wiring on my rear back up camera. Instead of removing the back seat and carpet /panels, they left the seat in place and snaked the wire from the trunk to the side of the carpet where it meets the door jamb at the rear passenger door. I noticed this when I was starting to clean the car last weekend, and the carpet was pulled up with the wire exposed. So I pulled the panels, seat, and carpet myself and rerouted the cable correctly under the carpet so it didnt interfere with the panel clips near the door jamb. So once I did that the carpet sit flush no problem. Fourth, instead of wiring the head unit to the parking brake like youre supposed to they tried to by pass it and I have this stupid switch now coming out of the side of my center console. And theyre bypass doesnt even WORK LOL, I keep getting a stupid error saying the parking brake is not connected as a reminder because they half assed all of it! I tried really hard to find a reputable car stereo installer in the city, and failed. I shouldve drove the extra hour to a real audio place. I got fooled by their pictures of exotic cars, thinking if they can work on those they can work on mine. Please do not make the same mistake I did. And do not come here!!

Farzin and co are a professional outfit. They hooked up all the interior speakers to my house to a sonos, setup all the software, and had me going in no time.
