My boyfriend has been using Walddie for 3 years now and has raved about the quality of their trees. When our tree arrived this year, I was completely blown away! We ordered a 9/10 ft Frasier fir and it exceeded my expectations. The tree was perfect in every way, along with the exceptional customer service and in home delivery. We highly recommend this business and will definitely be using them for many years to come!

Walddie was amazing. Mollie was accommodating to what I wanted. I’ve been burned not receiving a good tree in the past and got Walddie to deliver a beautiful Xmas tree to me. It was fresh, smells great, and looks perfect. Exactly what I wanted and my kids were super excited. Upon delivery, the guy cut the bottom right in front of us. He helped and gave tips on keeping the tree alive longer. The service alone was very personal and amazing. Their prices are extremely reasonable and I would recommend them to all my friends. Definitely will be ordering from them again and again.

This was my second year in a row ordering from Walddie. They were wonderful during the ordering process and set-up in November. I received an email notification the day before my scheduled removal date (Jan. 3) and then on the day of my tree removal, no one showed up. I waited at home for the entire four hour pick-up window and never heard from anyone. Ive emailed several times to find out why this happened and to get a refund for the removal service I paid for (since I ended up discarding the tree myself) and never got a reply. I also tried calling the number listed on the website but it was disconnected for several days. Terribly disappointing!

For me, there is no longer going back to crowded, cold and wet city corners to pick out mediocre trees that don’t last. The “farm to living room” approach that Walddie offers is second to none, and their white glove service of timely and courteous delivery, setup and removal is worth every penny. I’m getting every one of my family members and friends on Walddie ASAP. Can’t wait for my tree to get here this week!!! Merry Christmas ☃️

Bought for Christmas this year because wanted to avoid going to a farm/local store due to Covid. The service itself was very nice and the tree got delivered on time. I am not happy with a tree itself though. I ordered a 7 ft tree, measuring it with tape it is at most 6.5 ft. The tree also does not seem as fresh as advertised as it is already dropping quite a bit of needles even though it was in water ever since it was delivered and I keep it away from any heat source. Would not order again unless I really can not go and get the tree in the local store myself again.

Walddie is THE BEST. I’ve used Walddie for three years running (I’m in East Harlem) and the experience has been fabulous every time, and the trees are always perfect. They last for forever (like get it right after Thanksgiving and take it down the second week of January forever) and the shape is always perfect, you can really tell that they took time to make it pretty as well as healthy. As for the delivery, I’ve Reyes and Jeremy deliver to my home and they are so, so nice as well as efficient and courteous. I can’t sing their praises enough. If you’re on the fence, just do it - you won’t regret a single thing!

This is an amazing service! Our delivery was on time and the person delivering the tree was courteous and kind. He gave us advice on how to care for the tree and help us set it up in the stand. We have a seven week old son and that has made making time to get a tree pretty much impossible. Not to mention the vendors near our apartment wanted to charge outrageous prices. I highly recommend Walddie and will be using it again next year.

Amazing experience! We were nervous about not picking out the tree ourselves but they gave us a beautiful full tree with no bare spots. The delivery was easy, quick and the delivery man was very friendly. I highly recommend and will use in the future!

We were so hesitant about ordering a tree online without physically picking it out. But this is the best (and most affordable) tree we have had in all our years living in NYC. So so happy with the purchase and the service!!

Seemed like a good solution in a year when I didnt have time to pick up a tree from the local lot. Delivery was late and never called, despite promises during ordering process (and # on their website was non-working - think they fixed that after I told them.) More important, a 6 10 was delivered when an 8 was ordered. Looks ridiculous in a room with a higher ceiling. They did offer a partial refund, which is appreciated, but you only buy one Christmas tree. Oh well, Charlie Brown trees need love too. UPDATE: promised refund was not issued, multiple calls not returned, more of a clip joint than a legitimate business, stay away.

This is my second year using Walddie! I can honestly it’s been an awesome experience! The customer service has always been soooo accommodating and extremely customer satisfaction oriented.The delivery came through rain (last year) or shine(this year). Marc saved me sooo much time and wouldn’t leave til the tree was straight and exactly where I wanted it. I really can’t say enough about how amazing this company is. It’s the BEST way to get a fresh tree for Christmas!!!

I am echoing earlier reviews — I also bought a voucher for white glove service and no one ever showed up to pick up the tree at my appointment time. Since then they’ve not returned any phone calls or emails. I’m attempting to get a partial refund through Gilt and if not successful there will ask my credit card to void this transaction — definitely a scam!!

I ordered a package of Xmas tree delivery which white glove service through Gilt city. Per description of this package White glove service included delivery, set up and removal of the tree. While the tree was delivered on time and it was fine the removal of the tree never happened. The vendor never responded to any voicemails or emails and gilt city did nothing either. The vendor is not local and there is no recourse for you in this situation at all. Stay away!!

Northern Virginia, Washington DC area here. Walddie sucks. There are plenty of fresh trees at multiple locations within a 5 minute drive from me, but I was worried about scratching my car up so we had Walddie bring a tree out (guess its from local farmers in your area?). The tree that came out looked fine until we took the net off and saw that the entire inside of the tree was dead and decaying. Like literally dark brown needles just crumbling everywhere. I had to just throw it out in my front yard and took half an hour to clean up the mess. They said theyd bring us another tree the next day after we complained, and that theyd haul out the old crappy one. We stayed home and nobody ever showed up. We called them again and they said it was a mistake, they had meant TWO days later. So two days later I stay home from work to get the delivery. Right before theyre supposed to arrive, they call and say sorry, we wont be able to deliver a tree to you this year. So here we are, waited for a 4 hour delivery window on three different days, and all we got was a mess to clean up and a tree sitting in our front yard that we now need to schedule a bulk trash collection for, and its December 8! Go to hell Walddie.

Opted for a live tree this year and the process couldn’t have been easier Walddie cut, packaged, and delivered a beautiful tree right to our doorstep
