I worked with Oscar via phone since I’m not local to this location. He has been incredibly helpful and offers a lot of insight to product. I look forward to working with him again. Overall a wonderful experience.

The worst experience I’ve ever had!! Around one month ago I took my earring to this very store to have it repaired, they supposed to call me after two weeks. That never happened so I called the store myself to see if it was ready for pick up. Today I went there to pick up my item, after standing in a long line under the sun for a long time, a female employee who was working there, told the security guy to let a customer without an appointment in and not me for the commission!!The security guy was kind enough to call the manager to come and help me out but the young immature manager was very rude towards me. Terrible customer service!! Since when one should get an appointment to pick up something!! Besides, nobody ever called me to begin with! to let me know I should get an appointment for pick up.I am so disappointed at this very store and will never go back for any purchase in future.I do believe that the management should find a way to solve these kind of problems and train their staff more efficiently.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Service is awesome, would love to come back for other products. I’m not so sure it was Jacob but he helped me friendly to purchase lady bag yesterday. It was a pleasant purchasing at the store. Highly recommend to everyone.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Sub-par service. Will go to Burberry, which had excellent service and just a few stores down the road, from now on.

This Dior boutique is for women and couture only they do not stock any of the popular mens Dior Homme brand which is a little bit disappointing. However, they do stock Dior Homme nearby at Neiman Marcus
