I pre-ordered one of their new luxury loungewear jumpsuits and am thrilled with it. I am 48 and my tiny goth girl waist is long gone, but this piece is extremely comfortable AND extremely flattering. I am also delighted by their customer service.I originally made the purchase via Instagram (not recommended because Facebook makes every process suck) but things went awry (because Facebook) and so I had to place the order again, wait for it to ship, discover that I had guessed wrongly on size, mail it back, and wait for the smaller size to be restocked. Throughout, Haley was an absolute star and I would happily shop from this fab family business again. xoxoxo

The razor edge of alt fashion. An incredible selection of clothing and accessories, many from local artists, and fantastic employees that are knowledgeable and provide great customer service. 10/10 I couldnt be happier with my purchases!5&D also throws occasional events to showcase selected artists or apparel; which feel like they are ripped straight out of a world class modern art gallery.

I love the designs in the store, especially the bandanas by Miss Monster, I bought the foo dog and werewolf skull bandanas. That was a while back and I only recently had occasion to use them. I wore the werewolf at work, for five days, to keep dust out of my mouth.On my day off I went to wash the bandana only to discover that the print/artwork on the had become discolored and worn away, before I even washed it. After one week of use! Im very disappointed in the durability/quality of these products.

I live in NYC and come to SF only once a year max. Was looking forward to come and check out the store....but couldnt see most of the store bc the person who was responsible for the back store was on lunch break and the actually friendly person at the front wasnt allowed to let me even look at stuff at the back. Quite the customer first approach....I guess Ill try again in 12 months and maybe adjust my review. (Update - appreciate the response. Ill edit the rating. Cu next time.)

You can get better prices, but you cant get a better selection. Top quality, top designers. I personally wait for sales, but you always risk your size being gone (especially smalls). I heart this place.
