Very cool shop. Lots of interesting coffee styles. I got an iced Turkish after they told em the normal Turkish would take 15 minutes. Very nice and open for questions. Nice vibe. 15$ roast option.

Dont know why but here is so cozy to me. Coffee tastes just so-so and other cookies or bread are just okay. But the place feels so comfortable and cozy.

Drink wise, I thought the lavender latte was tasty. It had a light lavender flavor that paired well and didnt overpower the flavor of the latte. I also really liked their pesto chicken toast, but I was disappointed to find out when I came back for a second time that they took it off the menu.

Great place to enjoy a sandwich, crepe or some tea while getting some work done! Super friendly staff and very welcoming atmosphere make this place hard to resist.Albeit a bit on the pricey side, theyre food is continuously delicious and I would recommend it to anyone.

I have relatively strong opinions on the optimal distribution of sausage within a breakfast burrito. It was just two links hanging out next to each other instead of homogeneously dispersed. I feel bad for the nice lady who was clearly trying to just keep the place running by herself during the post-rush period, but because she had to do food prep, register, and drinks I was almost late to my morning meeting. It pains me to cast dispersions on any bay area business, but given the wide choice of coffee/breakfast in SOMA/FiDi, Id recommend trying some place else unless you really need a place indoors to sit. Didnt 1 star because the tea was robustly solid.

Right across the street from my work so I am here every day. They make some pretty tasty crepes and sandwiches but mostly I like being a regular here because of the staff. The staff and owner are all very friendly and it starts my morning off nicely with some coffee a crepe and some smiling conversation.

Used to love this place when they specialized in crêpes. They changed the menu removing some things and adding new things. Just tried their breakfast burrito and it was meh. Coffee is still good

You have to have a lot of nerve to call a coffee shop Roastery and not roast your own coffee. Even worse, the two people working when I was there could not identify what company supplied them with beans. Coffee was over-roasted and stale, fairly typical American fare. Insult to injury, they had no idea how to make the Wi-fi work. Dont recommend when there are so many better options nearby.

I dont know about their other stuff, but the reuben was garbage. Where do I start? Maybe with the whole wheat bread (not rye)? Or maybe the refrigerator-cold sauerkraut? Or the cheddar cheese (not Swiss)? I could go with the fact that they toasted the bread and put cold ingredients on that. This is SO not a reuben. I took two bites and when someplace else. The poorly drained cold sauerkraut turned me off enough I didnt even want it a reuben anymore. I get they have some limits there, but dont try to make a reuben when you just cant come even close
