Its good to see the girls working there washing there hands.before serving u any hot item. The guys are nasty and avoid getting served by them. Ownership should do better training on hand washing

Went in this morning and the Black woman cashier was blowing her nose, did not bother to wash her hands and was quick to try and ser.ve me. I walked off. If u handle food you should wash your hands period.

I was amazed at this convenience store because their seller was very polite. The place was very clean and well-organized. They also had what I needed to buy. Five stars!

Randomly closes during the day with no signage lt warnings. Just a security guard waving people away.

July 11th is the annual 7-11 free slurpee day. I usually go Noe/18th St location, but today I was running late back to office. Can you imagine what I have to go through in able to get one? There were transients fighting among each other to get slurpee. Floors were sticky and icky from all those spill accumulated. I came late and most flavors were liquid form, but wild cherry held up pretty good. Enjoy half of it and toss the rest just wanted a picture. Anything free is always good, but if your life depend on it I would definitely skip it. The workers are nice doing their best to keep area clean, but today is just one of those days. One worker told me in tagalog to watch out for the homeless out front. I acknowledge him in tagalog and thank them for slurpee.

If you need something quick this 7-Eleven might meet your expectations. But youll walk through pools of urine to get to it. there might even be someone lying on the ground outside the door shooting heroin.

This one is never open at night

I love this place. It is the best 7/11. The workers are extremely happy and friendly and if theres no coffee they make it for you right away. They are ready to do their best. They have to deal with the craziness that it is being in that area and they do that very well.

Kind staff clean store nice security and they keep the place running smoothly.

Theres not a lot of food places in San Francisco that are open very late at night so 7-Eleven is definitely very convenient. I always stop by for a snack or ice cream. Their slurpees are also very good and cheap. Its clean and has many treats if you need it throughout the day and night.

They had freindly workers and helpful staff. There coffee machine was broken which was a dissipoiment.... There were also flys in the store... over not so good.

They have poor customer service, and this 711 is outrageously priced almost double what any of the other 7-Elevens are, taquitos are 5 for $4 dollars elsewhere, its 5 for $7 here, for cigarettes $7 something elsewhere, its $10 something here

Overpriced cigarettes. Other locations charge $8; they charge $10.
