It printed all copies in the wrong orientation even though the pdf was correctly formatted

It’s very convenient but only one of the two documents printed well. The other did print at all

Printed a sheet of black and white paper. I followed the instructions and emailed the attachment to their email address. Since I was walking over I selected “Print with Secure Code” which allows you to enter a 6 digit code into the print kiosk to print when you arrive. Barista told me she had never heard of that and repeatedly told me to follow the instructions. I tried to explain that I did and she just needed to type this code in. She glanced at the machine and said there was so place to type it in. Finally I submitted to print again and ended up paying twice. Slightly frustrating, but there was no convincing her.

Absolutely the easiest thing ever. Email your documents, go to the location, pay and print. No hiccups, no unnecessary friction. Easy printing service that I will use again.

Easy to use, just go right upstairs and print from your phone after you send the documents. Karma Cafe is conveniently located near the SF DMV in case anyone needs to print out documents for DMV purposes!
