The sales people here are hella desperate. They always try to upsell you and get you to join their club and donate money to all kinds of causes. You have to say no no no repeatedly just to buy one simple product, and then they get mad and rude. Its like they havent seen a person in days, which is probably the case bc that place is always empty. Youre better off buying your Aveda products online or at Nordstrom where they are less suffocating.In Japan were not desperate and we respect peoples personal space.

The woman who helped me was very knowledgable. I found it quite odd that they do not provide samples for their skin care (outside of mousturizers) as I did not want to purchase an entire line and have to return it if it did not suit my needs. The woman suggested I purchase a travel size kit, but it did not contain all of the items I would need and therefore did not solve the problem.
