The IRS should pay a visit to this store. I bought an item for $14.99, I ended up paying $17.37 so they either charged me 16% of sale tax or jacked up the price. The receipt doesnt show tax rate. All it says is Custom amount: $17.37. The person who rang my sale was Mohammad. This place robs you without a mask.

I usually don’t come to this point of writing a review but honestly this store is not no discount store I been here a few times and everything is over charged and they notice you buying more they switch up the prices which is hilarious. The costumer service has to change too the owner is rude. If you really want to save some money go to the 99cent store on 4550 Mission st for better customer service and way but way better discounts you’ll be surprise how much you can get for the price. I usually go to the store I’m suggesting you but that day I couldn’t I was running late for something so stopped at this store which I regret going to. 🤦🏽‍♀️Your welcome.

Some people here are very rude. Not sure if its the owner of this store, he is very unfriendly. I was gonna support them, but I just walked out. You are not treated well. I dont feel safe coming to this store. My first and last. I will not come back. I will support others but not this one. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worst Dollar Store EVER!!! Thiefs! Cheats! Swindlers! So Ive been going to this what was once dollar store for years and moved away from the Mission a few years ago. I went in a little tipsy with a friend and I asked the clerk how much was everything, just to check if it was still a dollar store. He said, everything is $1.50 - $2 and I noted it as I browsed through the store. I took 12 items to the counter and was charged $36.56. It didnt click until I walked a few paces down the street that I was overcharged. I went back and told him I think he overcharged me and I would like my receipt. He hesitated a bit, and ripped off just the total of my purchase, everything itemized above was cut off. Little did he know in his haste he cut off a piece that said general merch $5. So he intentionally overcharged me with no remorse -- didnt even flinch when I questioned him. I told him thats fine, I want to return everything and he responded, its no return, only even exchange. Seeing that he was not going to fess up I called him dishonest and that even though he was taking advantage of me, Id still support a small business. He was pretty satisfied with himself and moved on ringing the next poor person up.I understand the rent is high, but this is not a way to practice business. Taking advantage of folks that are there to support your business is just BAD BUSINESS and being a nasty human. Sure I can afford an extra $20 that he tacked on, but its the principle. Dont get haggled by this guy, ask for your receipt. For reference, he was an older man in his late 40s, early 50s with Middle Eastern features, hair is salt & pepper, kept short with a slight accent.

Excellent store and service. I bought a cable from them and realized it was the wrong one (partly my fault for not checking). They swapped the open cable for the correct one. I would go back!

Got some great bowls and plates here for $1.49 each. They cut the food section in half.

This place sold me some nasty rock hard skittles. I could feel that they were totally stale before opening the package. I tried to return them and they refuse to give me my money back only allowing me to exchange them for some stale stardust. Their prices were not any good in the first place especially for stale old candy.

Horrible customer service. I was sold two broken items and they showed no interest in refunding or replacing them. I honestly don’t recommend this place.

This store has everything you could want for amazing prices. Party supplies, food items, candy, household items, gifts, wrapping paper and party favors, pinetas and beauty products.

They charge you over tax sales when is 8.75 they charge 10% any item they are stole 1cent to you and sales taxes of the city no reporting any tax they charge to you
