I called R&S Of SF to repair a sliding gate of my apartment complex that had a slope issue. They came out to do the work, after the weekend when it seemed that the issue was still there, RJ from sales made sure to send Dominic out and adjust the gate to ensure that it is workable. They also offered to help us repair the track at no extra cost which was already nice enough, but they also are sending a great employee, Travis, to adjust a pedestrian gate that keeps hitting our tenants window bars.All in all, Im more than satisfied with their work. For those that know there are always sliding gate problems at commercial properties, its nice to have a team like: RJ, Dominic, Victor and Travis there to assist you when things go wrong. By far the best place to contact when youre having issues with commerical doors. First service call I placed, RJ had a crew out within 24 hours to correct the issue we were having. Our previous door company took at least a month to get a crew out here.Recently, Victor and Shayne came out for a sagging dock door. They corrected within a couple of hours. Extremely respectful and professional when onsite. Always taking the time to explain everything, and check in and check out when done.Id recommend R&S to anyone. As easy as it gets, made a call and talked to RG. Michael our technician gave me a estimate on the spot, after agreement he got to work and 3 hours later everything was fix. Thank you guys.

We had a delivery truck smash into our roll up dock door and do serious damage to it. With in an hour R&S was on site, and had secured the broken door. Their team provided excellent and rapid service, and the quote to replace the damaged unit was extremely reasonable. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quick, effective work.

Our loading dock door stopped working, first crew came out said they couldnt open the door for us to get our trash out because it was a liability. We paid them over $5,000 to fix it. When second crew came out to actually fix it, all they did was use the chain to lift up the door. They fixed it but caused a great deal of expense just because this first crew came out and lied that they couldnt open the door for us. Second crew told us they had no idea why these first guys told us they couldnt get the door up for us. Horrible experience

I needed a driveway gate repaired. They offered straightforward pricing. Great communication and great service. Got the job done quick and well.

Horrible Experience. We hired this company to remove an existing garage door, and then reinstall the garage door so that we may complete some over-head work. They did not complete the installation, and continue to send additional proposals to complete tasks associated with a garage door installation. Communication with this company takes weeks at a time, and they continue to not address the issues. They continue to send more proposals requesting additional money for work that was neglected as part of the garage door installation.
