I stop by every other week or so to make a bouquet for our living room and love working with everyone on the team - they are so open to feedback, understand what each client wants, and have a great selection of unique stems. When it came time for my now-husband and I to elope, I knew I wanted them to make a bridal bouquet. Ladan was so easy to work with and was so patient while she walked me through refining my vision. Im so happy with how the bouquet turned out - I got compliments all day long!

A complete master at floral arrangements.Super communicative, easy to get a hold of and amply prepared even for last minute orders.I wanted a very dramatic housewarming bouquet, and needless to say, I got more than I asked for.Go big. It’s worth it.

Totally suggested. I got the blossoms on schedule and the conveyance fellow even rang me up to actually look at the specific season of conveyance. Excellent sprouts, beautiful wrapping, and encased in an extensive container box to stay away without any preparation. Requesting and installment are without bother and the blossoms showed up sooner than the mentioned conveyance time. Great!

I purchased a bunch of roses for the birthday of my sister. Prior to the time, the excellent bouquet was on the doorstep. She was extremely charmed with the amazement. It was all around orchestrated and conveyed new. Thank you kindly for the great assistance!

My review was based on the order back in May around Mothers Day, and after sharing that information, I received the information that the person who helped me was most likely a temp hire to manage high volume of orders from Mothers Day. Dropped stars were to represent the poor service I received on the day, but after seeing their prompt response to my review and the explanation to the situation back then, I am restoring 2 stars. Rest of 2 stars still representing the quality of the flower I received back then.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I ordered a floral arrangement from this place, and was very disappointed with the flower i received.Some of the flowers that were on the arrangement were withered, and few had damaged stems. I noticed them on the way to my car which was 2 mins after i received the flower, so I went back to the shop to let them know with the quality of the flower and whether this can be fixed. This was a welcome gift to my mom who was going to arrive in SF on the same day after not being able to see her for awhile during COVID19 and the travel restrictions, so I wanted it to be in the best condition.The response I got was so disappointing though. The person who handed me the flower over looked at the flower, and back at me saying, it wasnt like this when i handed it over to you, but okay. They could have said no. They didnt have to fix it for me. It was a polite ask to see if they can switch up some of the flowers, and I wouldve understood if this was going to be hard with already arranged florals. But to hear such defensive and accusing response was very disappointing.I order flowers frequently as a gift or for myself, and decided to order from elsewhere moving forward.

This place really exceeded my expectations throughout the whole service. They have great customer service and friendly staff. I went here to buy a bouquet of flowers and send it to my mother since I was outside of the country. Nothing to complain about. I am very happy and my mother too. My husband and I worked with Ladan for our wedding and she made all of our floral dreams come true!She is an incredible artist and was so patient with us as we worked through our vision and budget. We went through inspiration images on Pinterest with her and she helped us to find the sweet spot where we could make our budget go further to achieve the look we wanted. She also helped us to source vases and was a wizard on our wedding day and somehow managed to be at both our ceremony & reception locations at once (not really, but it seemed that way!) and we couldn’t be happier with how everything looked on our wedding day.We had a garland ring, chair & sign arrangements for our ceremony and reception, bouquets, corsages, boutonnières, arrangements for our tables and cakes and a floral comb for my hair. She captured the mood we envisioned perfectly and I’ve never seen flowers more beautiful! It’s been two years since our wedding and I still receive compliments to this day on our flowers and it’s all thanks to Ladan!Thank you Ladan - we’re so grateful for you!

SO, SO, SO Grateful to have found this flower shop! I was in a pinch because another location advertised same day delivery and I placed an online order (I live in Texas) but when I called to confirm they said the earliest would be Monday. I called Le Bouqet and they texted me pictures of what they had, I chose a beautiful succulent, they sent me an email to pay, and a few hours later my beautiful friend received her lovely new succulent! This is the best shop to buy flower arrangements in San Francisco. Ive used this shop for every prom or homecoming event and every time the flowers look gorgeous. Also the owner is the nicest person and will gladly help anyone who comes into the store. She has a super happy attitude and is extremely nice!

Worse service ever. Very unfriendly employee and most expensive flowers Ive ever seen. The bouquet on the pic is $28 and is ridicusly tiny. I didnt have time for a plan B, so I bought them anyway, but Ill never come back.

There was a guy working on a project in the back, but he stopped to tell me about the different types of succulents & cacti and how to report them. You can tell that he is really into plants and cares a lot about what he does. I appreciate this a lot. The prices were average, but most definitely going to come back for his huge brain full of wisdom!

Review for customer service - I saw Buckets had really great reviews so I called to find out if I could have same-day delivery for a particular bouquet (possible at 2:15 pm). Unfortunately, did not have the exact type of flower I was searching for, but Michael was so nice and friendly when I called back to let him know when I found another place that had that flower, I will def call back for my next order though.

I ordered a $150 bouquet of flowers for a friend’s wedding that was cancelled in order to console her, and ended up receiving a sad, miniature bouquet with wilting flowers. Ridiculously overpriced, and bad service. NEVER AGAIN.

Lord ...classic San Francisco where everything is maybe 100% more expensive than everywhere else .... I was rather disappointed in a very very expensive flower arrangement ... oh well it’s SF where consumers pay the price I guess ... in there defense they did tell me the approx price but what I got was well not worth the price ...
