If a half star were here Id give it to them. HUGE national corporation with no awareness of local businesses. We finally had to cancel them after years of problems.To be avoided at all costs!

Lame service over all, it’s such a journey to do any simple request with this company. They miss service all the time and at this point they serviced our unit for only two times in a 2 months period yet they charged me more than twice for a weekly service. So so LAME! I’m about to call them and I’m sure it’ll take me half of my day to solve this issue.

This company provides no service at all, not even just the worst service weve ever had. Their cleaning crew hardly came to do the weekly service on schedule. When we called, the call receptionists could only take messages and said there will be people call back. No one really responds in a timely manner. Its been very frustrating experience dealing with them!

This company have telephone employees with no extension number. So if you have a request most likely they will say I WILL TRY... the next day you call you will get another employee that you need to repeat your story and who will need to say I AM SORRY, I WILL TRY...Also, since May 2020 I am still waiting for a credit in my account to be process from NO CLEANING SERVICE PROVIDED.
