Theres such a great selection of items for floral needs. A great way to cut down costs by doing arrangements of all kinds on your own. The staff has always been helpful to find the elements you might need. The wholesale flowers available there too is an added bonus.

I called asking about fresh flowers and the attendant said Im sorry we dont sell fresh flowers, bye! and then hung up. Didnt give med a chance to respond or anything. I needed to buy artificial flowers and ribbons too but after that why shop here?

On a Saturday about a month ago. I was running into FSS just to grab some floral tape. The time was 10:55. The door was unlocked. The girl at the counter says, umm yah, were closed., I could have pushed the issue and said the door wasnt locked. I could have shared with her that I was only going to grab one thing. But no, instead, my business was not welcome at that moment so I walked out. Closing five minutes early was more important than a my money. So instead I purchase my floral tape online through Amazon prime. The purpose of this review is to help your business realize that poor customer service and dismissing customers can be detrimental to your continued business.

I love the staff here, they’re always helpful and kind. Sometimes it’s out of my way to get supplies here, but I’ll do it anyways because their customer service is so awesome. HUGE selection of items too. Thanks for always being helpful and kind, it doesn’t go unnoticed!
