Love this store! It is such a great experience playing around with puzzles and having the help from the friendly staff. I also appreciate how safety is still prioritized especially with Pier 39 being so crowded.I would recommend this place to anyone looking for unique gifts for any occasion! Absolute must go when exploring Pier 39

Always a fun time exploring all the puzzles and games this place has to offer! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Glad they asked if I had a mask. Not many places are doing it anymore, despite the new delta variant on the rise.

Looked like a fun store but they require masks for everyone so we couldn’t go in. Now that masks are no longer necessary for fully vaccinated people the store should at least provide the masks. Better yet, move on and get with the times. The store apparently encourages smart thinking so practice what you preach.

Super fun and great service, but most of all just really appreciative of the team making sure all guests keep masks on! its really refreshing to have a fun and safe space. If you plan to visit please wear a mask – do not put these kind folks at risk.

Very nice and clean store with great employees. They did an excellent job in enforcing masks with people coming in and did a great job in dealing with those who were refusing to put on masks. S/o to the employees for doing their best to protect the lives of others and putting up with ignorant people!

Cool place, went in looking for something kinda difficult to challenge this one friend who wouldnt shut up about how good he was at games that I hadnt seen in a while. Forgot to wear my mask, they were super polite about asking me for it, just left it in my pocket, . Decent prices too, great staff.

Glad they still require masksSo many places are lax on the mask mandates and while I get the urge to go maskless because of new CDC guidance, the majority of people arent even vaccinated or at least not fully vaccinated and this is a high-touch environment. Good on them for being responsible!

Played the last ball on top game in store and loved it. Bought it and brought it home, and 6 months later its splitting apart. It has ugly cracks where the perimeter is separating from the inside. The games are fun, but I wouldnt recommend buying it from here as the workmanship is shoddy.

This place was a total surprise find for my friends and I. They where visiting from Arizona (small town) and dont have any puzzle shops, but love to solve them so we stopped by right when they opened up. The guy (dont know his name, but he has a funny name tag that just saysI work here) he made our experience amazingly fun. Yes, the shop follows COVID protocols so the moment you go in you are prompted to immediately use hand sanitizer before you start to solve the puzzles on the podiums. Before we knew it with the jokes and portal references (the clerk was give glados inspired encouragement, that was a roasting and yet extremely hilarious) we got stuck in this shop for an 1hr and 30 minutes just solving puzzles and having laughs with the clerk. This place was lots of fun and definitely worth a visit if you like puzzles to solve and have plenty of time to kill.

Incredibly nice service and amazing prices for the value of each product. these products will last you a very long time and are good for daily brain exercises. pick up a few and youll be entertained for a year.

Interesting store! If you want to give a gift out of the box, this is your place. The puzzles are challenging though, so be prepared to make your brain squeeze of thinking how to solve them 🤔

Told me I couldn’t go in because I didn’t have a mask… I’ve been vaccinated for about 6 months and the data shows I will not get or transmit the virus. I don’t need to carry a mask around with me like a baby blanket so I can put it on at the whim of every business that hasn’t put in the time to figure out how a vaccine works.

Who know wood can make the best toys?! Almost spent three hours here had so much fun. Found some really great gifts for people of all ages.

Family owned and operated. These folks made buying our stroller a lot easier than other places we shopped. There are so many options and brands and they asked all the right questions to help us make the right decision. We will be back here for more baby gear!

Awesome store full of wooden puzzles and brain teasers. They have a few mini puzzle sets for about $30. This made a great gift for my brother, who is a Rubiks cube fiend, as a thank you for dog-sitting during our vacation to San Francisco. They will look great on his coffee table. The wooden craftsmanship of the puzzles is great for even the most adult of homes! They look beautiful on the coffee table or bookshelf.

Extremely knowledgeable staff--they even create their very own puzzles and board games. They demonstrate anything they have, and have samples for you to try on your own. Super fun place to visit.

I love the fact that you get to actually play with some of the puzzles. They can be tricky! Definitely my kind of store. Ended up buying a puzzle myself. Id definitely recommend visiting this store... You walk out smarter than you came in!

This one amazing store! I really enjoy thinking out of the box. Small gadget is cool to have a party to puzzle friends mind. In addition, good items to have for decoration.

This store has by far, the most engaging,fun atmosphere! They sell handmade brainteasers style puzzles and board games, and you are encouraged to try before you buy. The employees are exceptionally cool and the prices are beyond affordable. They even gift wrap for free and always have a promotion of some sort going on making their super cool stuff even cheaper.

Didnt buy anything but it was fun to play with the puzzles. Theres no pressure to buy anything or hurry up with solving puzzles. Just relax and enjoy yourself.

The cashier was the prettiest woman on the warf .. all I saw was an angel surrounded by stars .. she was worth the visit ..

This place is amazing! So many different puzzles and you can try almost all of them! Staff is friendly and very helpful.

We were so excited to come visit this place for a second time. It was a great experience the 1st time but unfortunately they had a sign up gone for dinner will be back in 30 min. With no indication of what time that would be we waited for 45min walking near by and no one ever came. Our family came from Texas and heard from other family members they needed to visit. So sad I hope who ever left for dinner is ok.

Wow not even being open for people to come to the store! I wanted to order some stuff online from them it’s getting near Christmas. I emailed them a couple times, I called and got their answering machine a couple times over two weeks. never heard back from them. I even called other stores near them at pier 39 to see if something happened in the store / closed for an emergency or why they wouldn’t have the courtesy to reply to emails and phone calls concerning making a sale. Haven’t found another answer other than they are rude? Lots of other companies online selling the same stuff. So we ordered elsewhere and you should too

We really wanted to explore this store. The first day we stopped there was a sign on the door that they went to the bathroom and will be back in 5 minutes, but no one ever came back. The second day we stopped and that same sign was up. Now I see a review from a month ago had a similar problem. Looks like you are only allowed to window shop at this place. Disappointing.
