It has a great selection. Some stuff in the beauty area is priced way to high. Also they need to get some vegetarian and vegan food. Other than that its the closest grocery store to my house. I enjoy shopping there and hunting for bargins.✌🏻

New grocery outlet store located off of 3rd Street in visitation valley. Big parking lot that is easily accessible and decently sized store. Has a lot of the same amenities and items as other Grocery Outlet stores. Nice addition to the neighborhood.

This used to be my favorite place to shop but now it seems like its under new management. I loved the staff, the products and amazing deals they had on the clearance section. Now you barely see and good products on their clearance shelf. Yeah I know it might have been messier in the past but I miss how this store used to be and the atmosphere there was because of the employees there. The new cashiers are nice but they just take way longer.

The hot bar and freshly baked goodies are fantastic. The best option is always available. Always on the go! The truth has been revealed!

I do a majority of my grocery shopping here and I think its a relatively well stocked store. They have all the staples you need at affordable prices and plenty of interesting discount goods to spice up your diet.

This grocery outlet, they really dont have nothing you want. Im mad because its the closest grocery store to my house & everytime I go there, they only have 2 kinds of ice cream, 3 kinds of sodas in 2lt bottles, not many meats, its just a waste of time to even go there! Im trying to find my way to another store, cuz this one is definitely a waste of time... Trust!

Ghetto grocery store with 2nd rate products and lackadaisical staff. Backpacks are hatefully forbidden so if you walk or ride a bike youll be treated like a criminal by the security guard.

At Grocery Outlet you dont expect to find every thing on your grocery list, but thats just it, the Grocery Outlet also have alot of grocery items you dont expect to find and at a fair price. Favorite store because they always surprise you with a variety of organic products and its close to home. Ill only buy meat if Im cooking same day. Fruits and veggies are cheap n they have so many products youll be surprised to find from decorations, kitchenware, junk food, wine and if you prefer to make your own poké bowl or sushi, they have pre-cut tuna at a good deal which youll find in their freezer...love it! Just remember each Grocery Outlet are not the same since they are independently owned. So they wont have the same things.

Its in a good location adjacent to daly city and San Francisco. The staff is friendly and its a stonesthrow away from such neighborhoods as south of market, the east cut and the financial district. I give them a five star.

I am impressed by the number of cashier available since my last post below👇I Waited in line for 10mins asked the Manager in Blue shirt if she could add more cashiers. she ignored my question completely as if I wasnt speaking to her; She is a very rude woman. And they are profitable by now so they should add more employees and not allow such a wait for their paying customers.

Lots of variety, good prices, some items are lower quality so check ingredients like sodium in some food stuff if that is a concern. They do carry some organic and good health for options too though. Sort of limited produce, at least at this location.

I really like Grocery Outlet and always go there first. That it because they dont stock everything the big chains do. Their prices are great, but not everything is marked leading to uncertainty. Their produce is inconsistent, it can be great but the shelf life at home is much shorter than with produce bought elsewhere . Overall they are great, but not the everything grocery store.

It is a good store. It serves the neighbor well. Good organic selection. Good prices. Nice meat selection. Good prices. I have had milk and cream that has gone bad before it was supposed to. I am not sure if it is their refrigeration, incorrectly dates at the factory or some other problem. It was definitely not the refrigeration at my home. Some items they sell are getting close to their sell by date. Just keep an eye out. Overall it is a great place for groceries.

Grocery Outlet stores are a great place to find those odd ball cereal flavors youve never seen elsewhere, lol! In fact, they have lots of things you may not find elsewhere! Many of their prices for like items are the same as your regular bigger chains (Safeway, Raleys, etc), but you can find some really good deals here. I would not, however, buy produce/veggies here, as most look like they are ready for the big in the back, but if you do, be sure to use them quick! Also be wary of expiration dates on everything you buy from these stores, most items are very close to expiring! Its a nice place to go to buy things for your immediate needs. Be sure to explore every aisle, as you never know what treasures you may find!

If you are careful about what you are buying at this market you will save on specific items. Sometimes you can buy quart containers of mountain high for a dollar ninety nine and Alvarado Street Bakery Bread for two dollars and ninety nine cents and fillets of Rick cod for six ninety nine. Also milk and eggs are comparitevely cheap. Just remember that buying food and where you but it is class based and forget about that prejudice and you will do well.

I usually purchase the fruit there. They have good prices. I also shop the frozen goods section. They also have cool prices on cookware. They organization of the store is neat. Items arent spread all over the place. They are in the their respective places in a professional manner.

Grocery Outlet on Bayshore Boulevard in Visitacion Valley had been my closest supermarket since it had been opened a few years ago by late mayor Ed Lee. It serves the diverse- and often lower income nearby neighborhoods well. Most of the staff is friendly, welcoming and engaging with its customers. There is always a bargain to be found here. my rating is actually 4.5

No public restroom facilities at the Bayshore, SF, location. They say due to COVID-19, but thats a 1st for me bc all other Grocery Outlets, Safeways & Trader Joes Ive been all had public restrooms to use. So COVID-19 should not be an excuse for a large store with many shopping customers. That sucks when I needed to go but cant!!!

Love this store! For so long there was no real grocery in our neighborhood and we could not entice businesses due to the crime and bad reputation of the area. Grocery Outlet opened several years ago and I sorry to say that it has been plagued with shoplifting. Though it has changed ownership, it has remained, for which I am very grateful. Its an excellent place to shop for most of your grocery needs. It offers an excellent choice of wines...whod a thunk? As well as a variety of products priced so low that you are allowed to try new things without breaking the bank and you arent out of a lot of money if you didnt like it!

This might Seem a little bias but, the store is clean, but sometimes disorganized as how customers dont know how to put merchandise back. But overall, pretty nice and well stocked store.

Pretty good grocery outlet. They had the discount name brand bread which i really like. They also had some Arm & Hammer insoles which i really REALLY needed because i work on my feet all day. They didnt have the Oscar Mayer precooked bacon i really love tho.

I just left this grocery outlet today. Shopping the store it seemed that a lot of product was mismarked or not priced with sign at all. There were homeless men running in and out of the store stealing donuts said a guy who told them to not come back as they hung out on the merry go round. The cashier WILLIAM Unhappy to do a return as my items were not the price on the shelf. He recited that he could sell the items I bought for a lower price. The first cashier that I bought my original item was signed in a Eric R. which the first cashier was a chick. The chick did a price check and just approved the return. I think the store is still okay but the cashiers are overburdened with the amount of homeless thieves that they are just worn out. They are a sad bunch. Lets call into corporate because the cashiers are happy to see others but not serve the public with respect.

Great selection and prices on beer and wine. Cheapest good prices in the city. The only trade off is you cant go in shopping for something specific, you have to sort of make up what you want as you go based on whatever they have. Lines are always a little longer but the staff are nice.

A wonderful place you can buy just the Staples or some really great Gourmet stuff. Really good wines if you know what youre looking at. Get it now because it may not be rest restocked.

RATS IN THE STORE!! I am regular customer to many Grocery Outlets. Today I was shopping at this location and I saw a RAT crawling up to the pipeline!! Please solve this problem ASAP!!!

I think they should keep an eye on the temperature of the meat before it gets to the freezer in the aisle. I bought a pack of burger patties and they where Brown when I opened it. They look like they where cooked in the pack. I called the store, the woman answered said Hello and before I could say anything she hung up. After the 6th call, she answered chewing Hello Grocery Outlet...I told her about the meat, she said bring it in with the receipt still chewing. Honestly, I got a lot to say but I cant put it on here about the Customer Service and their Meat Storing. Very Poor Service... I guess I will keep shopping Foods Co and Safeway....
