When I first came across this brand, I was skeptical. This cacao powder is head and shoulders above all others. It mixes easily, never clumps, tastes really smooth. We use a little pure vanilla powder or extract, add hot water and blend away, making a nice froth on the top. We use no sugar. The flavor is superb!

I first ordered this coco powder on the recommendation of a friend without any intention of re-ordering it. However, ever since I did, I am hooked on the pleasant flavor and obvious health benefits. I think this will have to be included on my monthly shopping list.
