Very happy with my red MD purchase from OA. I ordered it the day before the earthquakes hit out west, which caused all sorts of trouble for them getting shipments in, packing orders, and shipping them out. But it was worth the wait. Professionally packaged, effective, quality product!

This is only based off their customer relation skills since I still haven’t received the products I purchased. Placed an order and paid for immediately. Got a confirmation email and a tracking number generated by a shipping label but no activity was registered on the package for the next week. When I emailed the customer service I got no response but a couple days later started getting shipping notifications again. If it arrives today then it took 3 days to actually ship but almost 2 weeks from the day I paid for my order and still zero response from the customer service. No apology for the delay or even a it’s on its way. Their Q&A section makes them sound extremely jaded and fed up with customers but they haven’t even been around for a year.

Just received my first order of green Maeng Da and it is far and above the best quality Ive gotten in the three years Ive been using Kratom. I will definitely be buying my kratom from Organic Alkaloids in the future. Thanks
